It has been years since we had gone to a Burger King, and I was pleasantly surprised. The burgers were good, gotta love flame broiled, but the plain fries were lacking (especially when compared to curly fries and thin cut fries as found in their competition). I know they have specialty fries, but why have these as an option if they aren’t great? There wasn’t lots of business (especially for dine in) on a Monday evening, so that was refreshing. The playlist/music seemed to touch multiple generations, but might have been light on current pop. The place appeared clean.

Typically, I’ve had rather good experiences at this location. This morning was the exception…and that will be my last visit here. I walked in around 7:13am (I believe they opened at 7am today) and I’m certain the entrance door(s) made enough noise to indicate that someone had walked into the establishment. There was an employee cleaning up around the self-service drink station (which is great to see) and I heard her make a sound (like a grunt or some kind of noise) as I walked in. Her back was towards me and she never turned around.
I looked behind the counter to see if someone else was there to assist me, and even looked around the lobby area to see if they had some kind of kiosk for me to enter my own order. I recall lightly coughing a couple times (not just to get someone’s attention…but due to an ailment I have) in the process.
By the time I did all of this and realized that with no other customers (making it a VERY quiet setting and feeling that you could ‘hear’ me enter) in the store, AND the fact that I’m 6’4″ … it it should be a tad difficult to ‘miss’ me; I walked out.
The funny thing about it all, is that I took an Uber to Home Depot (just down the road) and they weren’t open yet, so I thought I would simply walk down to my local ‘BK’ and get some breakfast while I wait for the hardware store to open.
All good though…I walked to Wawa and was able to get an amazing breakfast bowl! 😀

It’s Burger King. If you’re expecting a bespoke gourmet experience, you will be disappointed. I am rating this for what it is. As Burger Kings go, this is a good one. Staff is always polite and pleasant, even when customers are not (which is often), they are good about coupons. Orders are almost always accurate. They never forget to put the toy in my kid’s meal box (which is a capital crime under the child code of conduct). The tables are not sticky (it seems like a low bar, but it really isn’t). It is generally clean, including the toilets. Also, they don’t seem to be upset if my child puts on an impromptu interpretive dance performance (so long as she’s being safe).

I was surprised during my visit this afternoon considering every other time my family comes here we’ve had a great experience and the staff have been wonderful. There was a larger woman in the back who started arguing with me when I said there was no cheese on the whoppers which I paid for. Another employee actually asked me if I checked the sandwiches. Obviously I did if I knew there wasn’t any cheese! I even showed my receipt. Pretty embarrassing to be accosted in front of my young daughter when I wasn’t even in the wrong. One employee who took my order apologized profusely for their behavior. Maybe your employees should take some lessons from her.

Worst Burger King ever! The kids they have working there have no customer service skills what so ever. They take your order like your disturbing them. You look inside and they are play around like they don’t have customers in the store. Stop hiring kids that clearly ain’t built to work customer service. They are rude and don’t know how to talk to people.

Don’t bother with mobile orders here. It’s 50/50 they won’t have something you bought and they can’t or won’t remove it from your order so you pay for nothing.

Woman at the drive thru window was not friendly. She had a nasty attitude and was very dismissive. After I repeated my order twice, they still got it wrong. Pretty disappointing.
