Returned for a lunch today craving the onion rings. The were highly disappointing . Cold, soggy and they were out of the sauce.

I visited the drivethru in the morning. There was no line and the staff was very polite. I ordered a #1 meal large. I ate my food in the parking lot. The hash browns were cold and soggy. My sandwich was also cold and under seasoned. Wasted $10….

Ridiculous experience honestly. We could barely hear the lady in the drive thru, we had to wait for our food (no problem) but our order was wrong. Then, when we went inside to correct it, the lady ROLLED HER EYES at me. If my order was correct the first time, I would not need to ask for it to be fixed. Needless to say, we will not return to this place.

I asked for my burgers to be prepared with NO PICKLES! While in the store pickles was added. The manager told the person making my food to make them over not just to remove the pickles! THIS IS WHAT I RECEIVED! They don’t just remove them! They were made OVER with EXTRA PICKLES! Covering the entire bread on both sides! Which I’m allergic too! Had k not looked at this before eating o could have been RUSHED to the HOSPITAL! The manger clearly told them to remake the food and someone must of been ANGRY about having to make 2 sandwiches over b/c they put my life at risk!! Smdh! I’ve called over and over today an keep getting an answering machine! I will make sure someone is aware of what This experience was for a first time customer and how someone don’t care about others life’s! Thank GOD I could smell the pickles and knew it wasn’t right! This is so scary and crazy!!

Placed an order, waited for 40 mins for our food as people came and went. They ran out of what we ordered because they gave it all out to other customers that came in after us and placed their orders on the kiosks. No sorry for the wait or anything, just threw our food at us and still ended up getting the order wrong. Avoid if you have anything to do that day

Anytime I do a delivery order they manage to get it wrong. I’m beginning to think who ever works the grill can’t read the order tickets.
I order a cheeseburger extra ketchup, extra mustard and extra onions. But somehow I end up with a plain cheeseburger, not even so much as a pickle on the burger.
I have called and complained numerous times yet the ability to make correct food orders doesn’t seem to change. I have contacted corporate. Why is it okay for them to consistently provide horrible customer service?
I have reported it on the app and gotten refunds/coupons but it’s still sad they can’t manage to get orders right… unacceptable!

Got a whopper meal asked for no onions cause I can’t stand the taste of them. Got onions on my sandwich and they gave me onion rings then put fries on top so you couldn’t see them.

I spent $20 on food and the cashier would not give me just 1 Ranch dip. It would cost 32 cents because I didn’t get an item that “comes with” a sauce. It is extremely dirty and we felt like us being there was an inconvenience.
