It took over 20 minutes to get 1 meal! I ordered on the inside because there were quite a few cars in line. I watched 8 drive thru customers get their meal at the window.
No apologies, nor explanation given.

I just ordered dinner for my family of five. Since I have work I need to do when I get home. I decided to eat my impossible whopper on the way home. I got it slightly modified no mayo no tomato extra lettuce extra pickles. Everything else normal. As I was eating it, realized they only put the lettuce on. I know working food service sucks but it’s not hard when you have a cheat sheet right in front of you and what goes on the food you’re making. This is not the first time this location has messed up an order. And yes, it’s usually this bad.

Haven’t been in this location for long while. Loved their whopper and fries. Friendly service at the counter, I believe Davis is his name. They renovated the place, nice rustic atmosphere, self ordering kiosks available.

We ordered 3 original chicken sandwiches, 1 regular, 1 no Mayo, 1 no lettuce. DISGUSTING The amount of mayonnaise on 1 sandwiche was enough for 5 sandwiches. It oozed out, adding that to the grease from deep frying, well, that will be the last time we order that. Between the gross sandwiches and the shrinkflation…. sorry BK, we are done.
