I have a lot of negative things to say about this restaurant unfortunately. I’m currently in the ER at 11:16 pm in unimaginable agony. I took the time to write this review to save any unfortunate soul that’s stumbles upon this burger king. This stomach bug the food gave me has been killing me slowly and painfully. I ordered my food at 7:30 am, the food was surprisingly good at first. Until around 9:45 i had a horrible stomach ache with gas and decided to use the bathroom. Ever since then i’ve been using the bathroom nonstop for at least 3 hours before i was taken to the ER. I came here on an ambulance because i couldn’t even sit down to drive my car. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

Really super staff most mornings! The gentleman at the first window is always friendly. The ladies at the second window always remember that I don’t want a straw! Food is fast and yummy.

The manager needs to find another job. I went there on Sunday, and it was the worst experience that I’ve ever had at a Burger King. She wasn’t friendly at all, and when I asked for ketchup, she told me it was in my bag. I pulled off and checked my bag for ketchup, and guess what no ketchup. If you want good service and food go elsewhere. Not enough people were working, and it took a while for my food.

Felt compelled to leave this review. Dealt with a new cashier, she was very nice but understandably slow. Couldn’t figure out how to put my order in, and the manager was very nasty to her about it. Got my food and the burger was very clearly made hours before hand and microwaved to the point that it burned my leg when I pulled it out and set it on my lap to eat. And the chicken fries were cold. Save yourself the trip to this particular franchise. There are decent burger kings around, you don’t have to do this to yourself

Went to the Reisterstown location for drive through this Monday and ordered two Original chicken sandwich meals and a big fish combo they didn’t add the cheese on the chicken sandwiches and the lettuce was bad the fries a small when we ordered large and the fish sandwich was hard and the lettuce was bad on it as well . Now usually this place is great but maybe it was because it was at night . It’s totally different than day shift lesson learned only go during the day

Steph is the BEST!! He was so kind and really made our experience so much better. Everything came out quickly and the rest of the staff were great, but we’ll remember Steph everytime we eat BK! I hope his management sees this because they should be proud to have such an amazing employee!

Steph(?) was our drive through operator. He was super patient and kind. I’m not a big fan of fast food, most places people are so rude. Steph was awesome here. He made it a good experience.
