As far as food goes fast goes fast food is fast food neither great or bad but with that said Burger King service in Pasadena excels. The staff is always kind and friendly fast and efficient ask you if you need anything additional never you get attitude and if I always have a choice between Burger King and McDonald’s in Pasadena I choose Burger King! Everytime I get food from here whether it be drive through, dine in, or door dash it is always right, hot, and tasty. The staff is always so nice and quick. They have cool little game tvs inside for kids which my son loves. Best fast food in pasadena hands down

We LOVE this BK! Today, I went through the drive-thru, and the lady who took payment at window #1 was SO sweet! She offered me a crown (I had a car seat in the back), and then she said, “I’ll give you one too!” It’s these little things that make customers come back! I’m so sorry I didn’t get that employee’s name.
On a side note, we have a 4 year old son, who has autism and is nonverbal. My husband takes him there often and always praises how sweet the employees are to our little one! This is the kind of service we highly appreciate & has us coming back every time. Thanks guys!! ❣️

If you like fast food, BK in particular, they have great service and every new promotional that comes out, clean, fast and friendly.

Staff great! Management not so much. Was visibly irritated that we had more than 1 order, asked us to come inside the next time we have more than one order and turned away without waiting for a response. What’s the difference between one large order and three separate ones? If it’s a difference is process then Burger King needs to fix that on their side and not force that on their customers.
