This location needs serious attention. The floors were dirty, the counters had dried spills, and the tables were all a mess—every single one was dirty and hadn’t been wiped down. The drink station was just as bad, with napkins and lids scattered around, and the soda machine was nearly empty with only about three choices working.
I had to return the fries because they were cold. I opened my Whopper to find barely any ketchup and no mayonnaise at all. When I asked about it, they just said they were out of mayo. No apology, no heads-up at the counter—just “we don’t have it.” The area behind the counter didn’t look much better, with clutter and food prep stuff all over the place. Overall, it felt like nobody was really in charge, and cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. Not the kind of experience you’d expect from a national chain.

Be prepared for a very, very long wait in the drive-thru, and good luck if you want something like a hamburger with mustard and mayo, nothing else.
It will absolutely come with pickles on it whether you want them or not.
The employees are very friendly, and the food is good three out of five times.
But the amount of time it takes to get your order, and the accuracy of your order leaves significant room for improvement.

Not sure what is going on here with staffing, but it took me about 30min to get through the drive through with only 3 cars ahead of me. Inside was nearly empty when I pulled around. I don’t know if management Isn’t putting enough people on shift, or if there’s been recent turnover.

This Burger King location supports the military! Located near Aberdeen Proving Ground, the BK team here comp’d my meal during a lapse in appropriations (AKA government shutdown). I frequently stop at this location when I’m at work late (often) and although it is a bit slow and they are frequently out of high demand items, the service is always great and this just cemented my loyalty to this location. I used to work fast food and know that it is a thankless job, so THANKS BK team!

Not sure where you found your new store manager from but she is definitely an asset! The service was great everybody seemed to be in a good mood and my food came out hot and fresh with very little wait time. I have had not so great experiences in the past and today changed my mind completely regarding this restaurant.
Hopefully we can keep this moving in the right direction for our town thanks again!

All I order is 2 Whooper JR. w/ Cheese no onion. The past two times I have gone they have somehow found a way to mess this simple order up. The first time they put on onions. Today they forgot the cheese. This isn’t hard stuff. The folks that work there are borderline useless. It is pathetic that they can’t properly take a 2-item order and deliver what was ordered. Fire them all.

10 am breakfast was disgusting. Oily French toast was Microwaved ×3 times over (half hard as rock).Sandwich was once again microwaved and oily. The potato things not edible. I wasn’t expecting great but at least edible.
