Don’t come here if you want an impossible burger. I ordered the impossible bourbon bbq without bacon. Got home to find mine looked very different than my boyfriend’s impossible whopper and realized mine was definitely meat plus bacon. Also didn’t have the fried onions or jalapeños which were the reason I wanted to try it. I’m vegetarian so couldn’t even eat it and was pretty disappointed. We most likely won’t try this location again. I realize it’s fast food but if you offer a plant based item on your menu, that’s not a small thing to get wrong

I go here every day hopeing for better and as usual I’m not suprised. They have zimbobway working the counter who can’t understand anything a slow woman at the front who can’t hear you and he over charges I got one rodeo burger medium and it was 10 dollars? It was 6 the other week so odd and when I brought it up he said what’s on our screen is different from what we sell we show a two patty meal but only use one patty the fact he said that and did not understand why I was upset shows you this countries problem hope it gets fixed before somone makes it personal

I am honestly not the person to write reviews when I go to places, but I have to this time. The service at this Burger King was truly outstanding. They noticed a small inconsistency between my two orders and took the time to check with me instead of just pushing it through. I really appreciate that. The overall service was amazing and genuine. Special thanks to Roger in the back and Haley on the front line for making the experience so smooth and enjoyable. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

i normally would never post a review about any place before because i also work and fast food and i understand the struggles, but the customer service here is so rude. i only ever go through drive thru here, there are short and rude. i work at chick fil a so maybe my standards are higher but i feel like if anything you can make an effort to be polite. also very slow process to get your food finally out the window.

What a shame that Burger King has been reduced to overpriced,cold Hamburgers “prepared” and served by people who don’t care about customers who spend their hard earned dollars for food that should be thrown away!
Ice cold bun,Luke warm meat without any condiments! Definitely not what Burger King was known for in the past !

Food was good but they try to trick you into signing up for a timeshare presentation. I got a flyer in my bag that says to text a number to see if you win a gift card. When I read the fine print, it says you will attend a 2 hour timeshare presentation for Massanutten Virginia. Timeshare is a scam.

Honestly wish that there was a 0 star rating because this place doesn’t even deserve 1. One of the female managers messed up the food twice and continued to say it was our fault. The order was written on a piece of paper with the word PLAIN boxed in. She said it didn’t say plain. Very rude and this place is a disappointment. Very horrible manager and should not have a management position
