This right here was the nastiest, most unprofessional, and downright disrespectful Burger King experience I’ve ever had in my life. At exactly 10:13 a.m., I pulled up to the drive-thru at this location, being nothing but respectful. I ordered a simple egg and cheese croissant. That’s it. Asked a basic question about the price of the meal, and the lady at the first window SLAMMED the door in my face — literally slammed it — like I was trash, not a paying customer. No explanation. No patience. Just attitude and disrespect.
So I pull off in shock. But I didn’t leave. I went inside to speak to someone with sense.
Big mistake.
I asked to speak to the manager, and guess who it is? The same woman — with glasses on, standing at the second window — now yelling at me in front of everyone. I ask her name like any grown adult would when reporting disrespect. She refused. That’s how you know they’ve been getting away with this mess. That’s how you know they think they’re untouchable.
Let me be clear:
This location is a stain on the Burger King brand.
The people in this community deserve better. Travelers and visitors shouldn’t have to walk into an ambush of ignorance just to get breakfast. If slamming a window in a customer’s face and yelling is how they treat folks at 10:13 in the morning, imagine how bad it gets later in the day.
Burger King — take this place off your map. Shut it down or clean it up.

Only went through drive through this time, but they still deserve to get 5 stars. My only issue was the tomatoes. This was the first time I had a burger with the ends of the tomato. Tiny and hard so I didn’t eat them. Besides that, my berger was delicious. I will definitely visit again.

They were being incredibly rude to one of their coworkers, they tried to keep it hidden but that was just uncomfortable to hear. No interest in coming back from this and will be contacting corporate about them mistreating their employees

Totally kicking myself for declining a receipt but figured I’d leave feedback here. I haven’t been to this location before but this was hands down THE BEST BK experience I’ve ever had. Ever. I believe her name was Samya who helped me, she was so nice and personable, informed me my sauces would be extra and asked if that was okay. She was fast, accurate, funny and nice. Very professional. I also had Laura hand my food out, she was very nice and polite, my food came out very quickly and she even asked if I needed any other condiments! All I ordered was fries and sauce but they were piping hot in the best way, 10/10 all around for everyone involved in getting my midday snack. Keep up the good work and make sure these employees know they’re appreciated!!!

Amazing instantaneous service. WOW! Was given the wrong whopper and I started saying *what is this?” But before I could finish the BK employee teleported by my side apologizing and handing me the correct burger. I was impressed by the service. Great job guys. Very memorable!

Absolutely amazing! Whoever was running BK tonight did an outstanding job! All the people in their work so well and making peoples food come out great and right! Ive never had issue with this location but whoever was supervising tonight needs a raise! I think it was the gentleman bagging the food because he was just on top of everything.
