Our order came out looking like the commercials lol. It looked so good and tasted good as well. Service through the drive through was great we were even offered a crown. Thank you for such a great experience keep up the good work.

These days I can’t eat tomatoes. That said, I ordered a Whopper meal with no what? No Tomato. What did I get? 2 tomato slices.
I tried to complain in the app but it didn’t recognize the 2 pictures I tried. I tried the site but it uses the same AI.
I even tried their survey but I don’t have a transaction or survey numbers. Interesting I thought.

The place has a drive-thru that is open 24 hours. We went into the dining room and got two impossible Whopper combos. The food arrived very hot and very fresh and delicious. The dining room is sparkling clean and the restrooms are too.
I am non-binary and when I asked to use the restroom they offered me my choice of which one to use, which is amazingly considerate gender-affirming customer care. Young lady who took our order was extremely friendly and asked us how our day was. The young lady who let us into the restroom complimented my outfit in my shoes.
I have never been so pleased with a visit to a fast food restaurant.

Made a mobile order for an afternoon coffee break. Drove up to the drive-through lane. After answering with my order number, waited a few minutes to reach the payment window. Another few minutes for the pickup window. The hot coffee was good as usual. The large fries were free to enjoy.

This Burger King sizzles! The facilities were clean. The staff was courteous. The playground made it the perfect spot to feed and entertian my children while my wife was at work.

If I could give this place ten stars I would. The food…. amazing. The cashier girl with eyeliner…gorgeous. My experience was awesome because of the cashier girl. She makes my heart leap for joy when I see her. I don’t know how much you guys are paying her but she needs a raise. I hope that wherever she goes in life, happiness and blessing go with her as well.

I’m extremely angry and disappointed with Burger King after my experience today. I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order — no cars in front of me or behind me. The employee opened the window and, with a nasty attitude, just kept repeating “come inside.”
When I asked why, he gave me no explanation, just attitude and yelling. All he had to do was say, “your food isn’t ready, please come inside,” and I would have understood. Instead, he was rude and unprofessional.
I eventually went inside and the manager explained everything clearly, which I appreciated. But that’s exactly what the employee should have done in the first place. Instead, I was treated with disrespect, and it turned what should have been a simple pickup into a frustrating, embarrassing experience.
Shame on Burger King for allowing staff like this to represent their brand. This was unacceptable, and I will think twice before coming back.
