They have other places to eat so this review is for riviano’s and JoJo’s owned by same people. Riviano’s is a hit or miss and jo jos they don’t listen well when giving your order. Probably due to language barrier. I asked for a single slice of pizza and this is what I got and they charged me for$ 12 and some change. Food is good for the most part. Made mobile order for pickup in advance. Arrived about ten minutes later, the order was still in packing. The black coffee was warm as usual. Two breakfast biscuits were within standard. The hash browns were crispy as expected. This Burger King shares the building with two other shops – the Ripieno’s Italian Bistro and the Jo Jo’s.

My family is absolutely in LOVE here, its by far the cleanest BK Ive ever been to. You can see how they make your food what any establishment should be. Hygienicly clean, and everyone but 1 individual female weve had issues with, still unknown to this day. Stacy/or Stacie a late night worker is the ABSOLUTE Best, to include a manager I dont yet know her name but ill revisit with it. And Rafael always respectful , and helpful always. Miss Stacie/or Stacy you are soooo sweet, helpful, kind and litterally because of you we visit and wait for your shift. My family opts out from the closer location to take an extra hike and go to your specific location. For the 1 female who has issues whenever we come over, giving us false information, and seemingly unhelpful for reason beyond us we hope and pray for you.

The service was awful . I took my family out for dinner . The cashier who happened to one of the managers was told what we wanted on our daughter’s sandwiches from the kids menu . When we received our food the sandwiches had one tomato and the other was plain . I went back to inform her and she then said the sandwich don’t come with anything on them. I asked why you didn’t explain this when we ordered. She then said I had to pay 30 cents if I wanted lettuce . I explain I feel would shouldn’t have to pay because that should have been explained at the purchase when requested it . So over 30cents I will not ever purchase Burger King .

Clean, open, and ready! And they recognized my app order by name, instead of by a weird code like McDonald’s. The person working the counter greeted me in a friendly way, and then kept helping process orders. After bad experiences with McDonald’s and 7-Eleven, BK has won me over!

I had my first Impossible burger at this location. Being a vegan at the time, I was so happy to try a plant-based burger. It was delicious. It had been so long since I had a burger I was thrilled I could not taste a difference.
My biggest problem with the Impossible Burger is the price. I could not believe how much a simple combo meal cost.
The drive-thru at this location is tricky & slow. Because it’s the only one in that area of Rockville it gets a lot of business. I decided to go inside so I could get pics & faster service.
I am still a McDonald’s fries girl but overall I was satisfied with my meal.
I recommend purchasing Impossible meat and making your own burger at home to save money. how much

These people genuinely can’t get an order right I order from this Burger King a good amount of times and every single time they Either forget the sauce mess up my order in someway shape or form and I’m tired. It makes no sense how you’re looking at a receipt for a pick up order and still messing it up

Routinely gets it right and the staff are attentive so I’m confident that an errors will be fixed if I encounter any. A reliable spot with a spacious seating area inside. I recommend if you want a meal without hassle.
