This is by far the best Burger King I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot. The Whopper I ordered deadass looked like the Whopper from the commercials. The fries were hot and fresh and my Coke Zero was as expected. I don’t go through Dunkirk/Calvert country a lot for obvious reasons, but if I find myself in that area, I will be going back. 5 stars!

They take forever!!!!!!!!!!! Came to drive thru to pickup an uber order. Waited 15 mins just to be told by an indian guy that I have to come inside. This I could have been told when I gave the new through the drive thru!! Immediately went inside and the SAME indian guy gave me my order!! Incompetent and slow service! Make it make sense !

I love burger king but this one their customer service is bad, they’re super slow yet not busy! They don’t have Fanta orange which is my favorite, their team seems to have ear problems to hear or microphone challenges as they don’t pay that much attention when talked to. I don’t think they’re a bad team though, probably just needs better training. Also the last burgers I ordered yesterday08/14/25 (#1)for dinner were too salty I had to trash them &I ended up cooking. Sucks!

They really should hire more staff. It took me exactly 24 minutes to get my mobile app order (which was just a whopper, fries, and cheese sticks). In that 24 minutes, they only served 5 other customers that were in front of me. At McDonalds, they serve 5 customers per minute! Lol
Side note: They are a bit stingy with the portion sizes on the French fries.

Hair in the food and this is after the grand reopening. Nasty! After going to customer service they only offered a $6 refund for a $17 meal and everyone had to throw their food away. On top of being pregnant and vomiting up all my food because of this incident we are very dissatisfied with the way the situation was handled. GROSS!!!

The BEST Burger King I’ve ever been to. I ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese crossanwich and it was so hot and delicious and perfectly made! The bread was buttery and soft and the hash browns had just the right amount of crisp! Loved it

Tried calling and all the phone does is ring and ring . . . Either wrong number or they just don’t care. Simple order just asked for no mayo, even double-checked they got the order put in right and was reassured the order would be and was made right and nope . . . Still had mayo

How can a fast food place not have ketchup? And the Coke Freestyle machines only have 10% of the options available. Poorly managed now. This place used to be the best Burger King within 40 miles drive. I’ll be avoiding this location and settling for the Edgewater location.
