They really should hire more staff. It took me exactly 24 minutes to get my mobile app order (which was just a whopper, fries, and cheese sticks). In that 24 minutes, they only served 5 other customers that were in front of me. At McDonalds, they serve 5 customers per minute! Lol

Restaurant is at a convenient location in Dunkirk. I always get quick and courteous service. I use the mobile app to order and my food is fresh 90% of the time. I have had some issues with the app order not going through and them not being able to fill it on their end even though I show them order on my phone. This has happened a couple of times, but was not a deal breaker and I still go back for service.

Burger King used to have a good charcoal broil taste to their hamburgers. Now they taste as bad as Wendy’s. No flavor at all. The fries were good. The people were nice. Just the poor tasting burgers.

Sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes nobody answered, so I went to the window and the guy said they close early and that the registers were down, which is, bs. so I couldn’t get any food. Kind of sucks it look like they just wanted to leave early and not make my food. I guess I’m just mad. I drove all this way for them to be lazy and not take my order.. McDonald’s here I come. How can a fast food place not have ketchup? And the Coke Freestyle machines only have 10% of the options available. Poorly managed now. This place used to be the best Burger King within 40 miles drive. I’ll be avoiding this location and settling for the Edgewater location.
