The food is good but fix your app please everytime I try to order on the app the BK app acts like I don’t have any money on my card. THIS IS EVERY DAMN TIME. I keep running into this error that keep telling me to check my card and everything is fine it’s the same card I use for every single purchase with money on it. I just want to grab my food and go.

I came to this Burger King and ordered a Whooper Meal with no Onions and I added Cheese with French Fries and a Drink. My order was served just the way I wanted it, have it my way as the Burger King slogan says (Have It Your Way). My order was prepared fast, Hot, Juicy and Tasty. Staff was Attentive, Friendly and Quick. This Restaurant was Clean. Plenty of parking spaces available in the parking lot. This Restaurant has a Drive- thru service available.

Rudest rudest rudest drive-in experience I’ve ever had. Have a hard time hearing clearly thru speakers. Ordered the meal. It was read back to me correctly but screen displayed a different order. So I wanted to be sure the order was correct. Was snapped at on the speaker ‘I JUST READ THE ORDER BACK TO YOU”. Same tone if I had said something like she was worthless or ugly or stupid. When I said I just wanted to make sure bc the screen was wrong she responded in the same tone “THE SCREEEN ISNT WORKING RIGHT” Had enough. Parked and went in to find the manager. Nice enough fellow. Sort of a weak apology. More interested in taking my order which I gave to him only bc I was picking up for an elderly relative who is wheelchair bound and didn’t want to disappoint her. Flabbergasted that after that kind of rudeness they’re want an offer to comp the order or discount it somehow. Said he’d talk to the woman running the drive thru but I have my doubts. If I had an employee speak so rudely to a customer I’d have let them go on the spot. Needless to say will never be back!

Terrible service. Assistant manager (the male) was extremely rude . People taking orders act like we are an inconvenience. I asked for my order to be repeated , it wasn’t . They ended up missing one of my orders and had to go inside to order it because manager was unhelpful .
