I love this burger king. I always get my mobile orders correct. The food is warm and fresh. The assistant manager, Michael, is the best. I can tell that he is a hardworker and encourages his team to do their best when he is on the clock.

WORSE ESTABLISHMENT EVER! The manager Patrice is abrupt and rude. She yells at you and make excuses for her staff when they’re wrong. She is very unfriendly without management structure. The female cashiers is always rude at the drive thru. Every time I go here I have a bad experience of being disrespected. Your food is usually undercook why I ask for my food to be extra crispy. The fries are always cold and they mess up your order and don’t give you condiments. The cashiers will argue with you and the manager Patrice. She is always nasty and her staff.
I WILL NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Patrice definitely shouldn’t be a manager and need to be retrained to be Courteous and respectful to the customers. I placed an order and was told to drive back around in 6 to 7 minutes. I get to the cashier. She tells me to park and someone’s gonna bring it out. I wait over 20 minutes. No one comes out. I drive back around Behind six cars and my food is still not ready. She is telling me to drive back around..The team can’t work under pressure or the stress of a fast food restaurant.

the five stars of service on this are for Dynasty & Dynasty ONLY. in drive through i spoke with 3 different people, 1 took my order, he was extremely rude, the second took my payment and that was Dynasty & she was so friendly and sweet and apologetic that she couldn’t add a simple sundae onto my already simple order for me, i didn’t mind though because her kind spirit made up for it. the third person at the drive through is the young lady with the pretty face, long nails & eyelashes but she had a horrible attitude. overall i’m glad this isn’t my neighborhood burger king but i would come back here again for Dynasty

This was by far one of my worst fast food experiences service wise, wait wise, and I left without my food or a refund. I ordered food at their kiosk, and I understand things taking longer than planned, however once the 20 minute mark hit I politely asked for a refund.
I was told that they’re making my food now if I still want it, I said no thank you I’d just like a refund as I needed to get back to work.
I was told that because I ordered from the kiosk that they can’t give me a refund, I asked for the managers card or contact information since they can’t help and I was told they didn’t have one. There were then rude jokes and comments made about me in the background and ultimately I left without receiving my food or a refund.
The only time I will be returning to this establishment will be to speak to a manager when they’re available to receive my money back which is unfortunate as I generally ordered from them about 6 times a week.

Super long drive through wait times – seriously just waited (can’t escape drive through line due to concrete barriers) approx. 15 minutes for a simple, 1 meal order.
If the pacific ocean runs out, the fries come with enough salt to replenish 3 times over. So much salt that I believe the state of Maryland may just order a large fry to salt every road in the state for generations to come.
I know it garbage fast good, but damn.

Enjoy the food and drink, but don’t take your free Whopper burger promo offer here to cash in. A ball of confusion and miscommunication. While the burger with cheese was good, according to my family member, they said they wouldn’t go back again because of the incompetent counter service waiter in processing his order. I believe the young man was just new and didn’t have experience in processing the promotional offer.

I would like to give them more than 3 stars but I cannot. The servers are always friendly and this review is not based on them. It is based on the fact that they always seem to be out of things. One time we went and they did not have the smaller hamburger buns for the kids burgers or Whopper Jrs. Another time they were out of milk for the kids meals. Still another time we went and they did not have small cups for the kids meals. There have been other times when they were out of a particular food item as well but I am not going to list them all. This is more of a management issue. At times the service can be slow but they usually are a popular place to eat so that is to be expected. All in all we still keep going back but I believe there will come a time when they are out of more than one thing at a time and they will lose more business than they would care to!
Update: they lost a star! We waited over 5 minutes to get someone to take our order. They finally took our order because we wanted to pay cash and not use the ordering kiosks. After we ordered it took over 15 minutes to get our food. Once we got it the fries were colder than outside, the original chicken sandwiches were on hot dog buns (see photos), and the one chunk of lettuce was from the end of the head and inedible. I would go down to 1 star but I am holding out hope that someone reads this and avoids it without having to go lower! Please, BK, fix this before it closes. We love BK but it is impossible now to get up the courage to go back!

I have mixed feelings about BK…some days are great the others are pretty bad, i.e looooong wait times at drive thru and just always messing up the orders….HOWEVER depending on the day it’s amazing! The food is fresh and the fries are just right!
P.S if you like your fries with no salt, order in the BK not drive thru as they do not take orders like that in there.

Went to pick up my mobile order on the way to work. The order wasn’t ready when I arrived. One of the lafies appeared to be having an off day, not knowing where things are or not being able to hear drive thru orders correctly. The manager had to step in to complete my order.
