I came here to get Lunch and this is not the usual experience that I have had at the La Plata location. I ordered a number 1 meal and the menu says Whopper and under it Impossible. I wanted the Impossible Burger Meal Large, not the meat burger. The person who served me said don’t call it a Whopper. That’s what the menu says. Silly stuff. Then I wanted Mozz sticks with BBQ sauce, not marinara sauce. They gave me my order, but BBQ Sauce, then everyone left the front counter, no one to serve you and I wait about 10 min and no one would get me the BBQ sauce. So I left without the sauce and so did others, as well. BAD Service, but Good Food.

Me and my family are never going back to this location, and I would strongly encourage anyone reading this to do the same.
We will no longer be going back to this location after a previous and now current issue. This time we went we ordered a Rodeo Crispy Chicken. We got home and it was missing cheese and bacon. We called the store and were told by two different employees that “the website is wrong”. Ontop of this, one burger was raw and uncooked and another two were made wrong.
This is chronic behavior from this location and not a one time incident.
I am a glutton for punishment, and have decided to return to this location at least twelve more times since this initial review because coupons are enticing. They are still as bad as they were then.

Phenomenal customer service, delicious food, the staff working on July 6th around 3pm made my day. Make this burger king your road trip stop! I’m glad the employees seem happy to be there. I hope they’re treated well.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this establishment. I placed a mobile order, and when my kids went to pick it up, they were told it had already been given away. When management instructed the staff to remake the order, the cook became visibly upset and loudly refused to do so. When I finally received my food, I was horrified to find what appeared to be spit in my burger. On top of that, the burger was made with stale bread, and the patties were overcooked and extremely thin. This level of unprofessionalism, poor food quality, and lack of basic hygiene is absolutely unacceptable. I will not be returning and would strongly caution others about dining here.

Very disappointed a waste of my money! Don’t ask for extra sauce you will get sauces that don’t even go on the sandwich! I ordered a spicy chking sandwich no pickles extra sauce! I got not only the sauce that goes on it but what seems mayo and mustard and possibly ketchup too not really sure but needless to say it was NOT edible!!!!!!!!!!!!

Probably hands down the worst BK i’ve been to. They messed up my order 2x when I politely asked them to fix it they told me I was wasting their money. Which is confusing since I paid for a meal. If you can’t make it right TWICE that’s your fault, not mine.

Horrible food cooked in old nasty oil. God only now when they cleaned it out. Pulled up to the speaker and got nothing but a nasty attitude matching the quality of food . I ordered an ice coffee as well and I was handed a cup of creamer. Literally no coffee in my creamer. Where is the owner?? How is management letting this happen??

Service was slow. People walking around looking like they are busy and they really wasn’t. It took 8 mins before anyone acknowledged me. Then my order was taken. The ice machine had no ice.

The service at the drive-through was better than I expected. I had not been to a BK in a while over 6 months, so it was pleasant to see that some people still care about customer service. The food was hot and the ladies at the window were both friendly and fast. I went Sunday after church around noon and the line was not long.
