The other morning I had a craving for
Burger King breakfast
I had the croissant egg ham bacon and cheese sandwich with tater tots and a side of French toast sticks. Everything was absolutely delicious. The friendly staff and servers were Awesome.

Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience today. Normally I used the drive thru and it is more like the twilight zone. People are usually not engaged and unpleasant, almost like they’re doing you a favor. But not tonight. The young lady manning the front acknowledged my presence and told she’d be right with me. Kudos to her, she speaking my language. She located my mobile order and take care of me while taking care of the drive thru. There were only a few people in the store and it appeared clean for the most part. Not something I’d eat frequently because I’m conscious about eating healthy, but it was pleasant.

The food as expected and the service was kind, but management needs to properly staff (esp on weekends) instead of expect a team of less than 5 people to run the full kitchen, expo, drive thru and counter service. They expect guests to use their (not working) screens so they can staff even less people. Their screens are also very frustrating, I saw a woman try to work with it for 15 minutes and have multiple issues.

Why can’t there be more consistent service at this location. My son treated me to a birthday lunch and my Bacon King Bacon Burger was disgusting. Look at how it was fixed and what I had to scrape off to make it edible.

I was just expecting a quick meal like at any other BK, but Carla was attentive throughout the entire order and then checked to see if everything was okay. It was a level of service that I had only seen in large hotel chains. I hope to return soon on my next trip.

Nothing special good or bad. 3/24 update. The #7 spicy chicken is a giant rip off. Much smaller portion than pictured. Squashed flat. No bacon. I look forward to never eating here again.

They tend to hold you up at the order board especially if you are the only car. Its only when they have finished it where they ask you to pull up to the second window causing a slight delay.
