I went there the cashier was awesome with a good attitude . I got some kids meals and nuggets and the fries were rancid and so the chicken nuggets also the food had a weird taste like bitter. It looks like they don’t even change the oil on their machines . The quality of the food was horrible I even got stomach pain after eating that .

This is not a well run Burger King. If you’re in a hurry, I would pass. On multiple occasions I have had to back out of their drive through as it never seems to move which makes the parking lot a disaster. It’s frustrating stop if you’re trying to get food fast, or you know, fast food.

The register lady named Celia and a young manager type kid told us that the register doesnt work.
Guess what? 30 minutes later, a burly looking construction worker makes it clear that he was gonna take the order at the register and Celia noticing she has no backup at the time proceeds to take the order from the register.
The lady and the manager is lazy. Also they messed up my order. I asked for crispy onion whopper and they gave me a whopper. It took me 2 bites to notice the lack of my expectations. I went up and told them and they proceeded to cross examine the whopper as if I was lying to them. They even called over the manager to double check.
It wasn’t until I showed them my receipt they offered to give me the missing toppings. At that point, I was getting passed. 5 full minutes of speculation and there was nothing. They talked down to me as if they were doing me a favor. I told them I didn’t want the topping presented to me. I want them in my burger. I told them, to take my whopper and put them in.
The manager takes my whopper and dumps it in the trash and proceeds to make me a new one. This kinda makes me speculate, had i not eaten the whopper, would they have taken it back and given it another unsuspecting customer. Anyways this is only speculation. I am never coming to this location again unless they change all their staff cause this is really really bad. I had much better expectations from my favorite burger king.

I ask for coke zero and they gave me regular coke, I’m diabetic and that’s why I ask for coke zero and I got charge extra for onion rings and they only gave me one sauce ,I ask for more and the employee told me that I have to pay extra. One sauce and two packs of ketchup when I got to large meals. They need to pay more attention to costumers because some people have allergies or a health issues.

This place needs some major training. If you decide to grab food here, you best check your order before you leave because it’s probably wrong. The last two times I visited this place, the order was wrong. I figured the first time was just an honest mistake, then today I gave them a second chance and guess what? My order was jacked-up again.

Went to the drive through because McDonald’s line was 10 cars long vs Bks 1.
Waited 3 minutes for “one moment please” then had to repeat my order 3 times. Then left waiting for the food 7 minutes. The 10th McDonald’s car left before I got my food. No wonder the clown is literally taking your lunch money.
