I have been coming to this location for over a year and I have always had friendly service and hot fresh food. Fries like they came out of the frier every time. Well spoken English. It does take a few minutes in the drive though but that’s because they give you fresh food each time instead my opinion. At rush times it will get busy everywhere. I have never waited more than 5 minutes with cars ahead of me. Slow down a little people and enjoy hot fresh food for once.

I’ll just say that this is the nicest Burger King I’ve ever been in. It’s new so that might attribute to the overall appearance of the place.
The staff is always extremely friendly, and seem to go out of their way more than any other fast food restaurant to be sure you’re satisfied. The place is super clean, and they are pretty efficient about getting your order out quickly.
The food is OK, it’s fast food so it’s never going to be five stars but it’s fine for what it is. Very consistent given the nature of this type of restaurant.

We swing by this BK every so often. The staff is great…very pleasant despite the demands of a fast food restaurant. Orders come out pretty quick, if they’re not slammed. The restaurant is clean and I’d say near the top of appearance for BKs around the area. I mean, what do you want…it’s a Burger King. We like the food, the service and staff are great, and the overall experiences have been very good IMO.

Just ordered food through the drive through. Simply order with in meal and 2 other single items. Got the bag and drove ALL the way home just to find out they forgot the chicken sandwich. Since I’m far away o didn’t want to have to drive back so I called Burger King with no answer. I called and called. No answer. So if I want the sandwich I paid for I need to drive all the way back to BK 18 min away. Instead they should refund the cost of my chicken sandwich. Order 47 they probably have a chicken sandwhich

This Burger King is close to our home so we often come here when we need a quick bite. It’s always clean and very organized. The food is standard. We love the kids meal and chicken fries. Most staff have been friendly. We haven’t encountered any issues so far.

Ordered chocolate Oreo shake and got classic Oreo shake. The store person was not ready to accept and was arguing that the one I got was chocolate Oreo while the picture shown in the menu was totally different. She mentioned they both are same. I gave up and moved on. Some training needed for the staff to serve right items.

This is probably the most fancy and cleanest Burger King that I’ve been to in Northern Virginia. The foods is delicious and the staff are very drier and helpful. I would even consider this a great place for a date.

Very clean and nice staff . Food was hot and fresh , I ordered and in the next 2 minutes my order was ready . The restaurant is clean and well maintained . There was no trash on the floor or anything . Will come back again
