Dirty. Always out of most drinks. Usually full of junkies and homeless people. Daughter loves the play area, but we don’t feel safe bringing her most days. Fortunately today was empty and only just filthy. Thinking we should stop at the urgent care for penicillin shots on the way home.

I have not been to Burger King and probably 30 years. Did not like either burger. The impossible burger and the regular Whopper were extremely dry & over cooked and the fries were cold. Will never go back to Burger King.

I know my order can be complicated and Birger King usually gets it wrong especially when ordering through the drive thru. This time I ordered online so there could be no miscommunication. When I got there to pick it up, it wasn’t ready the fixed it while waited. I get my order all my food is cold the basically made the burger however they wanted because my instructions weren’t followed. The bright side is at least the soda was cold I guess. Horrible experience .

Learn to get your orders right. You can’t just scrape off unwanted condiments, cover it with cheese, and think the customer won’t notice. Disgusting. Not the first time you messed up but it’s the last. There’s a reason the KFC next door is always busy.

The food was BK so great. But the server must not speak English well and did not say she did not understand. So the order was messed up, but the manager took care of us. So that’s why I gave them a 4 of 5. They have a playground and it was clean.
