To be fair, it was the manager who took my order and handed it to me, but he’s setting a great example (seriously). I think this is the first time I’ve ever been asked at a fast food drive-thru what flavor I would like the soda that I requested. I know Burger King is have the flavors for years, but I’ve never once been asked at the drive-thru. The burgers were also wrapped in boxed which I feel like I haven’t seen in a while and I appreciated that as well.
It’s been a while since I felt like I got it my way at BK. I look forward to experiencing it again at this location.

Veronica the cashier had a horrible attitude, very condescending and obnoxious. I was with my nephews who are 10 and 4 and definitely made things unpleasant. Rather than being quality control she was forward and unhelpful. If I had not walked from WellingtonCommunity, I would have left I tell you. Ana the manager instead of being helpful was also convering for her subordinate instead of applying feedback and constructive criticism.

There’s a woman there that is rude as can be every time I go there and today was no different. I’m not going there anymore because of her. Asked me, after waiting for no reason, “you tryin’ to order somethin’?”, ‘Yes’ I answered, ‘just an 8-piece mozzarella sticks’, and then she turns her back. I was a bit set back and after another few minutes she goes, “Can you use the kiosk? Do you know how?” I was like, “yes, but I’m paying cash’, She replies, “my manager doesn’t want me to use the register’…Seriously? I asked for the manager and then she goes ahead and rings me up. What is it with this woman? Maybe she’s prejudice, lazy or simply just a jerk. BK needs to fire this rude, unpolite employee. Too much attitude to paying customers. The food was great but her, not so much.

Their products in particular the whopper does taste like microwaved processed instead of grilled. They gave me a Jr. Whopper instead of a regular whopper that I paid for. I would never come back and strongly not recommended this Wellington/Grant Burger King location.

Beyond gross. Employees were refilling the ice in the lobby machine using garbage bags not a sanitized bucket. Manager stood there and watched. Employee then used his bare hands to break up the ice. No joke. I approached them and the male employee started screaming at me in Spanish. Managers shirt was caked in animal fur. I’ll be avoiding this location.

It has been a while since the last time I was there. The burgers were delicious and I got chicken strips for my kids and they liked it too. If you’re hungry get some BK it will fill you’ll up.
