Stopped in at 3pm on a weekday expecting the usual BK experience and instead had the best Whopper and fries I’ve ever had at a Burger King?! Not sure if it was the time, the staff, or a new and improved whopper, but the bun was fluffy and perfectly baked, the burger itself tasted fresher than usual, and the fries were perfectly crispy and not greasy. I eat at BK pretty frequently and if it was always like this, I’d be there once a week!

I just went to Burger King by the Mall to get breakfast. All I had was a $50 bill and because of that I was unable to get food. The lady in the drive through said they didn’t have change, which is crazy to me knowing your a fast food restaurant and should have all types of bills at hand for paying customers. So basically any paying customer that comes right now will not be getting food if they only have cash/large bills. Poor customer service

The lady who takes orders is polite but Lady at front just ignores you when you ask her something. I wanted to know how much tax is so I know what code to use and I didn’t get what I wanted. Besides all that, the food was actually fresh.

Whoever the cashier with the blonde highlights is, she should not be working in customer service. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. She humiliated a family that came in after us over what seemed like a simple miscommunication. There’s absolutely no reason to treat customers that way.

To make it worse, she later spoke in Spanish to her coworkers saying, “I asked him six times if that’s what he wants,” with clear frustration and anger in her voice. It was uncomfortable to witness and left a terrible impression. No one deserves to be spoken to like that.

Came in here trying to get something quick to eat and it snowed a few days ago they haven’t cleaned the drive through it’s been 5 days after the snow my car can’t go through it so I walked to the door 5 minutes after they closed dine in and I said my car can’t go through the drive through and the lady just turned around and ignored me horrible experience never coming back!

I came to this Burger King and I ordered a ice cream cone and my card declined because it was the wrong card and I was told go get some more money then come back then I heard a girl with blond highlights saying in Spanish imagine your card declining for 2 dollars and I will never come back

Usually….. and I do mean usually Burger King has always been AWESOME. It’s kinda like Visiting an old relative; I’ve been visiting Burger King restaurants for 55 yrs plus, and overall I love Burger King. But the staff today needs better customer service training in friendliness, attentiveness, and safe food handling for the times we’re in …. the dining area was super clean and pleasant to visit. The food today seemed a little less than normal. Hoping for better next time. Staff needs attention.

Complaint Regarding Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior

I am writing to bring to your attention an extremely disappointing experience I had at your establishment on January 22 at 2:20 pm. I believe it is important to share this feedback so that improvements can be made to ensure a more positive experience for your customers in the future.

During my visit, there were two cashiers present at the counter. One was busy going back and forth to the front and the kitchen, while the other one was at front I politely approached the cashier to request some sauce for my food. To my surprise, she refused to assist me, turned her back, and ignored my request.

When I received my order, I again asked her politely for the sauce, but her response was dismissive and unprofessional. She told me the other cashier, who was actively engaged with another customer, was responsible for helping me. I found this explanation not only illogical but also rude, as it was clear the other cashier was busy and unavailable to assist.

The interaction was not only frustrating but also left me feeling disrespected as a PAYING customer. Additionally, I noticed the cashier in question smelled strongly of tobacco, which was unpleasant and concerning in a food service environment. Such behavior and lack of basic customer service standards are unacceptable, and I had never encountered such treatment at other restaurants.

I hope you will address this issue with the staff member in question and reinforce the importance of professionalism, courtesy, and hygiene in your establishment. As a loyal customer who values good service, I trust that you will take this feedback seriously.

Me and my wife visited this location on October 21st. 2024 and we were unimpressed. There were a couple things to note during this visit and I will accompany the post with photos. The tables were dirty. We had to clean them ourselves. Their floors were dirty and unsightly to look at the chairs and the booths that we sat at were stitched together and cracking. We were sitting in a Sunny spot and wanted draw some shade and noticed The blinds are absolutely dirty,And last but not least, the service was below mediocre. It seemed as though the manager and employees catered to Hispanic customers Only and were frumpy and rude when with other customers like myself. A lot of (matter fact) tone. I do not recommend anyone to come to this specific restaurant unless it is your only option.
