My order was incomplete after picking up at the drive thru. I walked in and spoke to Jenn the manager and she was able to help resolve the issue of my missing items. Food is always hot and fresh here. I appreciated the respect I got even though I walked in mad lol

Waited over 15 minutes in line even though I was the second car in the drive through. They forgot my cheese on my burger. I specified in the app to have the burger hot off the broiler. The burger was barely warm, dry, and tough. First time being at this location, I definitely will not be coming back. People behind me even left the drive through because it was such a long wait. At least get the order correct. Guy at the window didn’t even greet me, just looked at me and turned away. This location needs to shut down. Also no spoon for the pie. Waste of money.

From moment we pulled up to drive thru we felt like the guy cared about the custowers. I did a Mobil order and my jr wiper had mayo so hubby ran it in because I have a deadly egg allergy so husband took it in and he apologized and explained it did not come through but remade it happily for me

This is my 2nd visit.. end of Jan _ 24..
When I arrived, BK was empty of customers except the two in line for takeout.
Bathrooms were decent to use . The dinning area was m9stly clean , however I noticed that they weren’t being sanitized only the ones that were visibly dirty and not all them were cleaned either. The table my daughter picked out had visible food on the floor area ,under and on top of table. I cleaned myself. Like last visit the fountain soda ( root beer) was out this time( sprite) last time. NO ICE.
The service was slow and unable to notice a customer in need standing there trying to get attention) . However it was with a smile and great personality.

Worse customer service experience ever! Too many things to detail. The worst part was the being parked and waiting for 15 minutes, while watching the staff fraternize with their friends inside AND outside. There’s no such thing as fast food in Dover, anyway, so I regret not going to IHOP bcz I was in a rush.

My experience at this Burger King was very disappointing. The employees were unprofessional and unapproachable. I even watched them argue with another customer and tell them to call corporate — completely unacceptable behavior. On top of that, my French fries were stale, and the onions tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. Definitely not the quality or service I expected to receive. If you hate your job quit.

Went after work to get a burger and a slushie and when i got there the girl at the drive thru handed me just a burger when i politely said i also had a slushie she said “that wasn’t on there but okay” and then stomped away. When she came back all the sudden the slushie machine is clogging up.
