This place is a HOT mess. The food was cold, the staff was super slow they were like 5 of them just chatting and laughing while only 2 people were in the back making the food “that wasn’t right at all” when we finally got the food and sat down there was flies flying around our food. That place need a deep cleaning, better staff and better supervision.

They completely messed up my drive-thru order and then blamed me for not checking the items when I called and asked for a refund for one of my meals, which they declined to do over the phone. Then they hung up on me . One star on Food for missing items and one star for rude customer service.

Slowest drive thru I have ever been through . Multiple cars have left the line . They have to get rid of the “fast food “ part of their service . It’s pathetic and not right . I’ve been on line at the drive thru for at least 20 min . It has to be incompetent workers and i hate to say it . That or the owner doesn’t care so the crew doesn’t care . It’s embarrassing and the food isn’t work the wait at allll. What a joke . McDonald’s is right up 202 / go there

tasted old and cold. Staff was rude and all about fun vs actually working for their paycheck. As well as playing on their phones. The feeling in the store was not festive but “hey, no one in charge, I can do whatever. Will not eat here again. Do any adults work here?

Yummy Always good service and tasty food. I did a drive thru, I got the food really quick. Delicious burgers and fries. The fries was so fresh and crunchy outside and perfectly soft inside. This is really cheap and yummy, if you haven’t tried yet, go get soon!!

They don’t care if you are in line. They keep the drive through some what going, but if you come inside then you are going to wait for at least 15 to 20 minutes for your meal to be served. No one is ready to take your order. Workers walking around aimlessly. Only two people working the one on the drive through window and the one fulfilling the drive through orders. Even they are told to pull over to the front and one person running the order out. 7 people working but actually only 2 people doing the work. The rest standing around or walking around chatting with each other. After me asking for ketchup many time and no one answering me I got loud and then others said something and it got things moving. I got three packets of ketchup for two burger and fries. Very disappointing service and rude servers. After getting my food, they gave me the wrong stuff. No sauce no lettuce, it was like they did not have the time to even do this.

Friendly staff despite the seemingly endlessly busy state of the business. Service goes about as quickly as it can, but nothing unreasonable. Parking out front is a bit tight. The inside is almost immaculately clean.

Waited at drive through window for 15 minutes seeing staff person scratching her head and handling food and not washing hands! When I finally got my order, French fries were cold and you would think that waiting that long food would be fresh and hot!!! Got home and food was not fresh and the Big king as you can see in the photo was nasty and had no lettuce pickles onions, just cheese smh! The chicken nuggets were stale and dry!! Fish sandwiches were old and soggy!! Part of my order was missing! I paid $21.13 for the worst food and whoever prepared this should be fired!!
