Allowed to smoke vapes while behind a food counter Seems like a health violation place is a ghost town I’ve turned down free meals after ordering you’ll skip as well.Great place for loud music,reckless driving, based on general managers daily actions

We were waited at the drive through for more than 10 minutes. They said will be with us shortly, but still ! When I drove by , there was only 2 tables in store!

I understand people don’t want to work these days, especially at fast food. But this was the worse ever! Got here 450pm, went inside, placed order for 2 impossible whopper meals. At 515 they hadn’t started my order. Two other people besides me there, one of them, that came AFTER me asked can he get his burger, they make it immediately! I said wait why do he get his? She said bcuz he asked! WTH? So I asked, at 530 I get my food and you guessed it, it’s wrong (they gave beef, I’m vegetarian). They said it’s going to be a while, I asked for a refund, they didn’t know how, had to call someone. I gave 2 stars bcuz one of the workers was so nice and positive to the other overworked employees. She said 2 people called out and one didn’t show. I hope it was refunded, they couldn’t give a receipt, I live 30 minutes away. Oh, I forgot we got the fries and drinks when we placed order, so we didn’t drive home starving. This was at the bottom of my fries. This place is dirty.

Too worried about drive tru numbers, sending customers to pull up to the front and wait 30 minutes for a burger king meal id atrocious. Cannot even trust this fast food places on your lunch anymore because it takes them for ever to get a meal. Ridiculous. Just close it already no wonder McDonalds is better

There is nothing fast about this location they need help here! During the week you will wait around lunch time for atleast 20 mins for drive thru. If not longer. Send help and business might increase for this location.

Employees were too busy on their phones and talking to each other to wait on anyone. Place is nasty and smelled like trash. Food was blah. Employees blasted their own music while we were there. We won’t be going back!

This Burger King located at 600 Ash Boulevard, Middletown, Delaware is in serious need of immediate intervention by the Health Department. The hygiene and overall cleanliness of this location are unacceptable and alarming. The facility appears filthy, poorly maintained, and far below the basic sanitation standards expected from a national food chain.

Right, so – I need the information for the District Manager. This is the worst Burger King I have EVER visited. The young lady at the window was both agressively rude AND uninformed. We tried to use two coupons at the drive through – our fault. However, when one us went to the door to order inside, the DOORS WERE LOCKED. At SEVEN PM. And the worker came to the door and said, “what do you want?”. I think I might have short circuited. What do you mean? We are trying to order food!!!! Sir. I was absolutely livid. To top it all off, our order was wrong. I will not EVER visit this location again.
