Ordered on app. Picked up & went home. Once i opened the bag, i was Sooooo dissapointed! Ordered a Large meal with the mixed fries & onion rings. Fries/onion rings was more like a Small & was old, stale & cold! Burger was also cold although i requested “hot off the grill” option on app. Its a shame for the 1 star because the drive thru young man was very polite & professional. He deserves 5 stars. Pic is what is advertised versus what i got!

Customer service was terrible. Took them 20 mins to take my order while it was empty me and just another customer. My stuff came out missing the sauces I paid for, missing my drink straw, food was terrible. Clearly both workers hated their lives and didn’t want to be there. Do yourself a favor and avoid this branch at all cost

Ordered a Texas Whopper no lettuce tomato onion or mayo. I recieved all of that and missing patty. The fries were cold. Idk what happened here, it didnt used to be like this.

Im upping my review from a 1 star to a 3. Thresea in the drive thru tonight is awesome. She made sure my order is right and gave me a fair amount of sauce. She was nice and professional and if she sticks around and I see consistency I will have no problem upping this to 5 stars. Thank-you for the good service tonight 🙂

Don’t waste your time here. I had to wait over 15 minutes to get my order inside after already wasting time in the drive thru lane with some woman’s accent coming through the terrible speaker.
I saw my food just sitting out on the counter or in that slot opened to the air (my chicken fries at the restaurant), not the whopper jr picture below, and my whopper jr looked like a child wrapping a Christmas present. It also has almost no lettuce in it.
If I hadn’t already paid I would have left. I should have told another customer to leave. Have it your way, Burger King, I’m not coming back anytime soon.

This place sold me a raw burger which blew my mind that it was even possible to screw up grilling a burger at a fast food joint. I bit into it and got a mouthful of lukewarm meat paste ahi tuna style. It’s been over 10 years since I’ve eaten Burger King because of this. The staff were completely unprofessional, some might even say “ratchet”. I reported the raw burger fiasco to Burger King which went ignored. Fast food places like this deserve to go bankrupt. Hoping they close this sight too. Management can’t hire kids that care to work there.

Drive-through is absolutely horrible. Instead of consistently, taking people‘s orders they literally take one order. Wait on that person at the window. Then after the car leaves, they proceed with the next car. Absolutely horrible to sit in a fast food restaurant drive-through for over 10 minutes just to place an order and literally I’m the second car in line.

This particular Burger King, was pretty decent. The lady who took my order was very clear. Made sure I had options available to me, and when I got around to the drive-thru to pay for my food she was very prompt. Very professional. And I can appreciate that. Food was very well put together. It was hot. My Hershey Sunday pie was chilled to perfection. I have to say I have no complaints
