First time i went here fine second time i had some modifications i asked for light mayo no pickles and the sandwich was supposed to have ketchup and kustard none of them had mustard only one had a sliver of ketchup and they only put an abundent amount of mayo i went to the drive through and said i had a mobile order the lady responded with ok were working on it thats it i said ok and then i pulled up after no response i pulled up past the first window and then they told me to reverse to the first window just to wait there for them to tell me to go to the second widnow which i already knew bc it was a mobile order why do i know more about how things work in fast food than fast food workers? Like and when i was in the drive through waiting the manage ran out to the dumpster area to smoke with some guy anyway not coming back

Just went to this place got a double cheese burger chicken fries and mozzarella sticks and literally everything was cold…. and u can tell it was super old. My double cheese burger clearly had old looking cheese on it like the night before kind if look and to top it off had a giant hair in-between both burger patties…….. absolutely disgusting. Wish it would let me upload a video instead of these pictures but this is all it will allow.

I’m not sure what they are doing but it doesn’t seem that they know how to read an order or double check an order. We have ordered from this location multiple times and they just cannot get an order right. They either miss a sandwich or French fries. I think the management needs to train their employees how to double check the orders
This is very disappointing the about of money you spend to eat out and you have a restaurant like this that can’t even get an order correct.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. If I want fast food I guess I will be looking elsewhere.

My son and I go to this location pretty often. We have a weekly play date with a friend and the manager John is always so nice and attentive to everyone. He greets me very friendly when we walk in. And tonight a little girl pinched her fingers in the door and immediately sprung into action and looked at her fingers and gave her ice ( it was a very minor pinch) but he treated it as he would anyway. We only come here for him

The worst service and food. Where to start…. From the stale fries, to the saddest burger I’ve ever seen, to the laziest ice cream cone ever served. I ordered a Maple Bacon Bbq Burger which was missing the crispy onions and jalapeños. The employee who took our order was extremely rude. Just because it’s “fast food” doesn’t mean we deserve to spend our money on uneditable food and treated unkindly. If I were the franchise owner I’d be highly concerned on the quality food and service you’re delivering to our community of hard working people. DO BETTER!

My service was a four only bc the drive thru was a little backed up but the gentleman named Jason met me at the back window and was very pleasant and friendly and when I got to the 2nd window he was there again. And he made my wait time well worth it. If he stays in that store I will always come back. He’s a keeper!!

The worst fast food service in Pottstown. Hair in food, complete meals missing and parts of meals missing. Ordered a fiery and a philly crispy wrap and got a fiery and original instead. They were cold and small, barely bigger than a credit card. Also ordered a diet coke and got dr pepper. Chicken sandwich used to be a huge chunk of chicken, now its a flat patty. Missing fries with the chicken sandwich. Whooper meal missing. No straws no condiments no napkins were provided

Ordered the whopper meal for delivery with door dash.
The food arrived as expected. No problems with that.
We opened the bag, but the food on a plate to eat, and the ‘Whopper’ was tiny. It wasn’t a Whopper at all, a Mcdonalds cheese burger was bigger!
The quantity of fries was much smaller than what you get via the drive thru too.
We ordered two of these meals got the two of us here, but both meals were ridiculously small and much smaller than what you get in store it via the drive thru.
It wouldn’t even full a mouse!

Needless to say, we will not be using this Burger king again.

Had the best experience here tonight! The whole staff was SO friendly and attentive, and our order came out hot and correct. Can’t ask for anything more for a quick drive thru dinner!

Crystal was such a friendly upbeat individual. She gets 5 stars but I’m still leaving it as a one star because they had no frozen coke.

I’ve been so excited for the inside play area to be open! We’ve been here 3 times since it supposedly open & it’s always “we’re short staffed & it’s closed”. Even at 5pm today, other families were playing but we were turned away. What? Makes zero sense. We took our money to mickey dees down the street & played there instead.
Shame on you. Please stop advertising its open when it’s always closed!

4th times a charm. Finally got to play in the play area (it wont stop raining outside). Seats are ungodly uncomfortable. Nobody was there yet it was really dirty, we had to clean our seats and the table. I’ll improve my rating if our experience improves next time but for now, you get 1 star.
Also, the wallpaper in the play area is what nightmares are made of. It’s the same in the Quakertown BK. It’s scary & weird in the worst way, lol. Gotta renovate.
