Extremely rude workers. I was on my lunch hour and hoped to order quickly and get out. Unfortunately, the scuzzy guy in front of me knew the goth looking woman assistant manager (name begins with the letter ‘A”) taking orders and, though they saw me waiting, they took their sweet time in getting to me, as they bs’d about everything but the weather. When I approached the counter and said I was on my lunch hour, can somebody help me? One of the lazy employees screamed at me I have to wait my turn! Totally classless.
They deliberately took their time when fulfilling my order and when it was on the tray the goth asst manager threw the place across the counter to me.No thank you. Just an entitled brat. Typical burger flipper.
I dined in and wouldn’t you know I sat near that crummy guy, who heard me say I want to get her fired, which he told her. Because those employees treated me like crap, I left my dirty plate on my table.
Two minutes later, when I left, the crummy guy yelled at me in the parking lot to clean up my trash. I refused and said “she can do it.” This clown starts cursing me out and threatens to hit me!! When I said I would call the police, he squirmed away.
My point is that this woman, who should have been working, spent work time bad mouthing me in front of all the customers. Totally unprofessional. And laughing at my wanting to get her fired.
I already complained to the District Manager who will investigate. I told them not one of my extended family will ever eat at Burger King until she’s gone forever.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Workers are slow, arrogant and rude. You will not have a good experience, I promise you!

My recent visit to Burger King offered the familiar taste of their classic menu items. The Whopper was as juicy and flavorful as ever, and the fries retained their signature crispness. However, the service left something to be desired. The staff’s demeanor wasn’t as welcoming as one would hope for. A friendly smile or greeting goes a long way in enhancing the dining experience, and it was this element of hospitality that I found lacking. It’s an area that, if improved, could complement the food and elevate the overall experience.

Peaches was very kind and helpful. She was really fast with my order and made sure everything was fresh and right. I felt comfortable eating inside the nice, clean, and new dining room. I will gladly come back due to the great customer service and clean business.

The new BK is incredible! The owners hit it out of the park with the new remodel! Food was hot and service was fast. The young lady running the squad behind the counter was on point and making sure the orders were right. The inside is very cozy and unlike any fast food place nearby. I’m very happy to see the remodel was a big hit!

I’ve been to this BK a few times and never had any issues. Yesterday I ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal with no pickles and mayo instead of mustard. When I went to eat my burgers, one was correct while the other had pickles and mustard. Pretty disappointed in the lack of attention to detail.

Only two people working last night. Tyler did his best but clearly was not trained for customer service. Also, why did he tell us his name? Made a lot of indiscernible comments through the drive through speaker, and took FOREVER to get the milkshakes done. Needs training. Burger was badly assembled.

Same issues as before the renovation, food is just terrible quality. If you order a custom anything, you will not get it. I don’t even think the employees see the customer requests when you place an order in the app. I figured I would try it after the reno, but it is still subpar. Don’t bother, get a burger ANYWHERE else.
