My travel buddy and I got food from here not to long ago. We ordered online and the food was ready by the time we arrived, the service as a whole was Great, the food was fresh too. I would definitely come back again in the future.

Got food poisoning!!
I came here on 1/5 around 11:15 pm. My boyfriend was ordering a meal for himself and VERY rudely, the lady in the back (not the one taking our order) said “I’m not gonna make that!”. She said more stuff in an ugly tone as we drove up that I didn’t catch but we just ignored it. I unfortunately did not get her name and was not given it either. Well for the first time in my life I got food poisoning! Both my boyfriend and I were throwing up and bedridden the whole day with a fever of 101+ and horrible body aches. I was so upset that I had to call into work.
When I was finally well enough to call and complain, the general manager Noah started being rude to me. I had to ask him why he’s giving me attitude when I’m the one who got sick and had his worker be rude to us? He changed his attitude after that but said he couldn’t help me without a receipt and told me to call back. I reached another manger later named Crystal who was very nice and empathetic to the whole situation but said I had to talk to him the next day since he was out. I called back and he instantly gave me his district managers number instead and told me when to call since he was in a meeting. I called 48 minutes after I was told he would be out of his meeting and on my break since I’m working and he didn’t answer. I doubt anything will get done and I’m tired of dealing with this so I’m just leaving this review here instead and hope nobody else gets sick! I also hope something is done about that worker being rude for no reason.

I guess because I went on a Monday evening after 5pm traffic rush the wait was 10 minutes. I was the only one in the drive thru the person who took my order was high as a kite and when I pulled up to pay the check at the first window he asked me what I ordered. The second window was fun, I pulled up got my family’s drinks and sat there and watched them struggle to get delivery orders done at the counter while they threw my food into a bag like someone was having a bad day. The food sucked, I ordered a whopper with cheese, no mayo. It looked like a toddler put my burger together. I ended up having to throw my meal out. My kids meals were ice cold and the apple juice boxes came without straws. What a disaster because I spent the day at the mall and wanted a quick bite to hold me over to Harrisburg but that didn’t work….

ALWAYS SOGGY BOTTOM BUN. This is a solid Burger King. Clean, good service and food, but I’ve noticed almost every single whopper Ive got here the bottom bun is soggy. My other BK it never is. Good BK, but please look into this

Their food has gone downhill years ago. We drove though. The lady taking our order didn’t sound out at like she cared one way or the other. To be fair, she may have been work two or possibly three jobs. She was NOT rude, just going through the motions.

Oh my goodness……. what is going on at this BK? I walked in the morning on Sat around 9:15AM and zero customers. There was zero staff st the front so waiting close to 5 min before I started trying to get attention from anyone. After 3rd attempt finally got someone and the lady emerged from the back on her phone. No apologies, no response, and no customer service. I ordered #1 large and WTH….sandwich was not warm, breading was drying out stale, and tots were also not warm. Extremely disappointing encounter, visit, and quality of food. Only thing that was good and consistent was the soda. Ugh……..great way to start the day.

My fiancé and I stopped by Burger King recently, and honestly, it was such a great experience. We were just looking for a quick bite, but it ended up being one of the best fast food meals we’ve had in a while. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and packed with that classic flame-grilled flavor we love. We both got Whoppers and shared some fries and onion rings—everything was hot, crispy, and delicious.
The staff was super friendly, and the place was clean and inviting. It might be a fast food joint, but the quality really stood out. We left full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Burger King definitely hit the spot!
