This part of America is not a happy place. Rude people, don’t wanna work. No greeting. asked the guy if they were open and he looked like he was pissed when I asked. Had to watch him make my food because he just finished cleaning and didn’t even wash his hands. Its not just here, all of new york is a problem. Take me back to normal

I will never patronize this burger King again, today Jan 3 at around 5 to 6pm I ordered take out at this burger King my fries and onion rings were cold I asked if I could get fresh fries and onion rings. The male employee went and retrieved the manager. Who stated the fries were ok we won’t give you different fries. Never tasted one or touched one anything. Just came out the office and instantly said no. I asked for my money back were me and a male employee there exchanged words he called me a miserable old man. Which I found highly disrespectful. Up ti this point u was polite and courteous but we begin to go back and fourth while all I wanted at this time was a refund. The manager called the police and after waiting a half hour they came and de escalated the situation. The manager tried to lie and say I threatened the guy and tried to get me arrested. While holding me there when I only wanted my money back the plaza manager came over and was really nice the young lady at the Starbucks. But I will never attend this burger King again. If I pay 31.24 for my food I should be able to request fresh fries and onion rings without being disrespected or even told know im a patron the customer service here is a direct reflection of management. I’ve been coming here for the last 12 years I drive trucks even before it was resolved I’ll never come here again. The lady tried to lie and say I threaten her employee when I was only expressing myself that’s a constitutional right this is ridiculous all while I’m paying my money to patronize the establishment. I remember they would have people watch customer service videos not call the police and make me late for my load and try to have someone arrested. This is sad I think I’m done with this restaurant and burger King all together avoid this place.

Ordered a whopper no onions and an apple pie. The Whopper was good but there were some apple pie boxes neatly arranged on the counter. I thought they were display boxes but when she gave me my order I asked about the apple pie and she told me to just grab one from the counter. Maybe I’m missing something here but since when do they serve cold apple pies? Anyways, rest of the service was good.

No employees were in the restaurant. I thought because there was little business due to the virus someone was in the back. I called out “Burger King” multiple times and waited at least ten minutes before a lady came from outside of the restaurant and barked at me to stop yelling at her. I said I was calling out to her, not yelling. She said she was the only one there and had to go to the restroom. I said she should put out a sign, “back in 5 minutes.” She then refused me service. She would not take my order! I do not recommend this restaurant.

The girl at the register had a long line of people and kept stoping to play around and throw fries with her friend who was making food in the kitchen. The girl in the kitchen had long hair and didn’t ties it back while making food, kept touching her hair to love it back while making food, poor food safety. I will say there was one female who was setting up the auntie Ann food who stepped in to take everyone’s order while the other girls played around, she was a gem.
