Got a classic double cheeseburger which comes with cheese, pickles, ketchup and mustard, I asked for no ketchup. They didn’t have cheese and only gave me ketchup. Got a rodeo burger only came with one patty but menu shows 2. Fries were half a day old, Mac and cheese bites were made when Jesus walked earth. I asked for honey mustard and got zesty. Yall ok in there? They had TWO lists of item they didn’t have and I should’ve took that as a sign to keep it moving. Ew.

Your typical Burger King experience – nothing special but nothing bad either. The fries and burgers were decent, just as you’d expect. I did try something new though, the birthday pie, and it was pretty damn good! Not sure if it’s a permanent item or just a limited-time thing, but I enjoyed it. Overall, a solid 3-star experience

Ordered large fries, got the same amount as a small fry. Got kids meals. Cheeseburgers don’t come in a bun, included a picture. Customer service was also rude for no reason.

They didn’t park the vehicle at the window. In line for 5 minutes. Ordered via the app. Requested no pickles on burger. Got pickles. Ordered no lettuce on chicken. Got no lettuce. One person can read.

Went here for a quick breakfast, ordered a five piece French toast stick and only got about 3.5 pieces, i had been waiting for roughly 15-20 mins so I didn’t have the time to turn around for them to make it right. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this Burger King. A few weeks ago I went here and ordered a chocolate milkshake, they handed me a vanilla one I handed it back and said that I ordered chocolate. They then had me pull off and after 25-30mins of waiting an employee came back out and handed me another vanilla milkshake, again I reminded him I ordered a chocolate shake and he looked at me and swore that the white drink in the cup was chocolate. That he couldn’t get it more chocolate if he tried.

BBQ Brisket Whopper had MAYBE 2 bites of brisket. Before even eating it, we looked inside the sandwich and took it back to the counter thinking it was a regular whopper. But, no we were told the brisket was hidden under the cheese!!! Fries were WAY TOO salty – literally covered in salt — couldn’t even eat them. No ice cream or milkshake — we were told the machine wasn’t working. Chicken sandwich was tasteless. Napkins were SO stuffed in dispenser that all you could pull out were little pieces of a napkin at a time. We will never go back to Burger King at this location.

Walked inside and the floor was very dirty and trash cans were overflowing and food crumbs all over the place, we didn’t even wanna sit down it was so nasty. Employees should be cleaning up the lobby when they aren’t busy. Don’t recommend

The drive thru tends to take an average of 30 minutes to get thru, even with only 2 to 3 cars. Mobile orders are often cold by the time they are received.
