Ordered a bacon king with onion rings instead of fries. They gave me fries, and then served me the sandwich on this weird tiny cheeseburger bun. Honestly wouldn’t even be complaining if they just told me up front. But I got it in the drive thru and got all the way home before noticing. Quality standards are lacking here.

This is the worst fast food location in the entire country. Their drive through has a curb so you cannot escape one you get in line. They have arbitrary rules for what orders they will accept in the drive through and the service is so slow, you can waste a half hour in the drive through (trapped by the curb) waiting for the worst employees in the world to slowly make you fast food. Literally every place in the surrounding shipping centers, including the sit down places, will get you fed faster than this sorry excuse for a business. Go to Checkers across the street. Or Chipotle. Or Dave’s. Any place else. There is even another, better Burger King down on Frankford, only 3 miles more. You can get there faster than you will get to the order window here, trust me.

The staff can be vulgar sometimes, in some occasions that I’ve gone before the menu is hit or miss, and the wait times can sometimes be unsatisfactory. I’ve had bad enough experiences that I now prefer the Frankford Ave location unless I carpool to lunch with coworkers who choose this location due to ease of access and close proximity. Otherwise I actively avoid going here

Went through the drive-through at about midnight. The employee was extremely nice, waited a short time. The food was hot, fries were fresh. Great experience especially given the time of night.

A very bad place with extremely rude staff. Customer service is zero, no respect at all. I do not recommend coming here if you don’t want your mood ruined. It’s better to go to McDonald’s instead.

We waited about 10 minutes before we even got to the menu to order (I would have left but someone was behind me). I was greeted by a friendly guy who apologized for the wait. I started placing my order and after everything I asked for his said “is that all?” 2 items I was looking at on the menu board I was told they don’t have, and then told they do have it.
Waited another 10-15 minutes to get to the window. When I got to the window I paid, and realized that my bill was really low for what I had ordered. I looked at my receipt, which was really hard to see (lack of ink, bad printer, who knows), and noticed that the only charged me for 1 of the 2 cheeseburgers I had asked for, and didn’t ring up the side salad (I guess because they didn’t have it, no wait, they did).
I brought it to the 1 girls attention and she wasn’t understanding what I was saying. With patience and kindness I finally got across that I’d like to pay for the items that I had already ordered that I wasn’t charged for. Mind you I hadn’t been handed any food at this point.
She comes back to the window and asks me if the 2 items are all I’m waiting for and I informed her that I hadn’t received any of my order yet.
One of the guys that was just standing there asked me if there was anyone behind me (there was a line behind me, with a truck waiting at the menu to order) the worker looked shocked and touched his headphones and apologized to the person for the wait.
I finally received my order, which I looked in the bags to see we had everything. So I pull away
We only got a 4 piece nuggets when I paid for and asked for a 10 piece. And my BLT Jr was only a chicken Jr, or maybe they just forgot the bacon? I’m really not sure.
All I know is we spent about 45 minutes in the drive thru of Burger King for mediocre food, at best. Everything was cold, they gave me a tomato stem on my chicken sandwich, which tasted like freezer burn or burnt plastic.
Waste of time, waste of money.
Please, for the sake of everyone who gets trapped in this drive thru, train your staff!! Do something. This building is beautiful and the food could be halfway decent if someone actually tried to care.

Bruh the drive thru line is ridiculous EVERY TIME I COME it wraps around the store and even causes traffic. I visit on my lunch hour, I can’t wait in line for 45+ minutes, its simply unacceptable, I have pulled up waited in the drive through line for 20+ minutes and driven off along with many other customers. I hope they figure out a good system, because I love a BK lunch every now and then.
Edit: currently in the drive through for 30+ minutes… this is insane. Please fix this issue.
And cherry on top, finally GET my order and the fries are basically empty, cold, no napkins or ketchup, ice in drink completely melted and waterd down.

Ordered food on 12.12.25 lunch on app. They told me no original chicken sandwich. So how you allowed to sell chicken sandwich on app . Ridiculous. Then they gave me crispy chicken sandwich with bad lettuce. Horrible

Came in for lunch and it was a great experience at this location. The cashier was super friendly and patient while taking the order as we didn’t really know what to get because of the new combos you can get with the new deal. The food came out fresh and pretty fast. The chicken fries were fresh and hot just like everything else but when its fresh they’re the tastiest. The burgers were made well and didn’t look like a huge mess either. They did forget my fries but they fixed it quick and gave me fresh fries with no hassle at all. Will definitely be back when I’m in the area and in the mood for some quality BK.

I been ordering from this Burger King location after school since it’s across the street and lends just say the service, food, and the atmosphere is incredible. An employee memorized my name since I come often and always greets me. Food is really good. The ice cream tastes pretty good for the price. I love the chicken fries.
