GO TO ANY OTHER LOCATION!!!!!! I should’ve taken the drive and gone to the location on Devereaux. I like to give chances because at the end of the day it is fast food. But this is thee third time I have ordered food and it was served luke warm to cold and or the add ons I paid for were forgotten. Sauces I paid for are never in the bag when they assure me they are then they have the nerve to get upset when its not. You’re not losing money giving me the sauces I PAID FOR!!!!!!! just now I drove all the way back because the bacon I added on was missing. Never got greeted in the lobby. I have bright purple hair. Can’t miss me. They just walked around me. Then when finally talking to me I see the others in the back talking and making fun of me BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP!!! that’s the crazy part. I also never received my receipt back and the girl tried to hand me my burger just in hand, no bag, its actually hysterical.

New store means new attitude…and it’s horrible. The managers and staff that was here when this place first opened up was nice..this new staff is horrible. Slow and nasty, I guess that is what they feel gets the job done. NOPE!! You constantly have to check your food because it’s always wrong or made with old condiments. Lettuce is old and wilted, tomatoes taste like tomato paste and the onions smell like they have been sitting out and are going band, ketchup taste like water. If you ask for something the staff has an attitude. Fries with no salt, they recook the old one and give them to you…I don’t want the food and get my money back and leave. This store need an upgrade with staff. Wonder why the inside is always empty and drive thru is always slow? Get rid of the black lady (African?) manager with the nasty attitude, and no customer service at all. Very abrupt and dismissive. Please replace this nasty slow woman. Until then I only shop here when the guy manager is here.

I’m soo over this location. They are constantly messing up our orders. Wait forever then get cold food. Let’s not forget how rude they are at the drive thru. We tend to go there because it’s convenient but today was it for me. What is soo hard about Add cheese and no pickles? How did I get EXTRA PICKLES AND NO CHEESE??? Ugh rant over.

This guy goes beyond customer service I dont even eat burger king. I brought a drink and brought the kids. And family something, but I have never been treated this good nowhere. I have went as far as Burger King McDonald’s. I mean, this guy is great. You gotta go just because he’s great like that. I mean, like it’ll make you have a great day.
