I was last here 2 or 3 weeks ago. I’ve been coming regularly once a week since about April for work.i left a toy here last time I came with my client and I was so pleasantly surprised to be presented with it today as we ordered!! This was so far above and beyond what was expected- these wonderful employees know and recognize us- that’s GREAT!!!!

The girl taking our order was very short with us, the person at the window gave us no straws. We live 2 minutes away and when we got home our food was cold AND there was no dipping sauce that we asked for. If they had been polite I could overlook the straws and sauce because I understand it gets busy, but come on now.

haven’t been here in over two years and I see nothing has changed especially during daytime hours. under staffed… tried the Drive thru, then went inside to a long line and one cashier. Watching a lady just separate cheese in front of me and not helping out was not a good look either. I just walked out and went to another restaurant ( however at night, I have always received fast and great service)

The employees were nice but the place is worn down and needs a remodel. Windows were dirty and just the overall feel is grimy. But it’s fast cheap food! Located across the street from Toys “R” Us and on the right side of Baltimore Pike heading east.

10 cents for sauces. No courtesy cups for my sick kid (who later threw up). They made us drive around again to use a 3rd coupon. No customer service and at least 1 out every 3 visits they screw up my order. Most of the people are just plain ghetto taking our orders laughing and making us repeat everything because they aren’t listening. If my kids didnt love BK I’d never come back

I can’t express how I feel about this place. I was very disappointed with the food and especially the service. Very unprofessional. This location needs corporate to come in and retrain the employees. It was not clean. Food on the floor. Employees talking street to each other while customers are waiting or ordering. It was taking forever to get an order. Don’t go to this location. Go to the one by the McDonald’s. I don’t even want to give a rating.

I visited this burger king location at 11 PM, I was told that only drive through is open till 12 midnight and not restaurant , when I went for drive through, there was a Recording stating that we are now closed and visit back during open hours. I noticed many cars ahead of me returning back. Very bad experience. Suggestion – If timings of restaurant gets changed than usual then please get updated on web ( included restaurant doors which says that it is open till 12 midnight)
