I recently visited the Burger King at 344 W Trenton Ave in Morrisville and found the interior and restrooms to be impressively clean and well-maintained. However, the experience was marred by the staff’s lack of attentiveness. The employees were more engaged in their own conversations than in serving customers, leading to delays in ordering and receiving food. One employee, in particular, displayed a noticeable attitude when she didn’t hear me, likely because she was standing too far from the counter. It was a strange and disappointing experience, especially given the otherwise pleasant environment.

My wife and I dined in. The woman who took my order was very nice. We got our food quickly and she brought it out to us with a smile and asked us if we needed anything else to let her know. Felt like a sit down restaurant quality of service honestly. We felt compelled to leave a 5 star review. Very high quality service.

This legacy store is the only one in the area that has not had a modern renovation and remodel. That being said, the management works hard to keep the inside, and out, looking good. The bathrooms and dining are are always clean. Food and quality are BK consistent. The staff is very friendly with daily regulars, and sensitive to needs of the local community.

I felt so bad for the manager on Friday night (9/29) around 9pm he was basically doing everything. The girl taking the orders literally ONLY took orders, couldn’t bag a order, drop fries, could not do anything else and kept talking about how excited she was to leave as the poor manager is dropping burger meat, trying to pack orders, drop other food items needed, etc. The person making the sandwiches was clearly getting frustrated at the girl taking the orders because she wouldn’t take a second to stop and actually help them pack the 13 other orders they already had. I ended up looking for a refund since I was waiting over 15 minutes for a 4 piece cheesy tot. That manager needs better front staff, not lazy workers who only know how to take an order which you have to repeat a million times to anyway. Came through drive through and was at bk for over 20 minutes, ridiculous.

There is a guy who is named Paul … idk what he is there but I I watched him verbally abuse this young lady who also worked there. He was screaming at the top of his lungs. I told that girl she should find a new job. If that was me Paul would have got knocked out. That’s man needs to find a new job if he’s that unhappy. I let him know that as well.

The service here is ridiculous. The staff isn’t working as a team; everyone seems to be handling their own tasks. It took them 25 minutes to prepare just a couple of burgers and fries. I won’t be returning to this place.

I ordered through the BK app and went through the drive thru for breakfast. What a completely fantastic experience. The woman working was so pleasant and brought my food out quickly. She was fantastic. Changed my perspective of this location.

First time coming through this Burger King. I usually go to a different one but this one was on my way home. I went through the drive thru and ordered my meal and a kids meal. The person taking my order asked if I wanted to add cookies to my order for $1. I agreed and proceeded to pay and then get my order. When I got home there were no cookies in my bags. I really don’t understand how you can ask specifically if I want something then add it to my order and it is the top item on the receipt but not put it in the bag. There was no rush as no one else was in line. Just get the order right. Never coming back to this store.

Food quality and prep was decent, but very clearly stated requests for halvsies and zesty sauce were missed which is pretty frustrating now that it costs like $15 per meal. At prices like that, I expect their employees to be able to correctly complete orders….
