So I went here for the SpongeBob Meal, and of course like the three other Burger King’s I visited, the SpongeBob meal was missing the signature pie. Disappointed, I asked for a substitute which was a Hersheys chocolate pie and I was expecting it to be included in the cost of the meal. Turns out I was charged even more extra for that pie, which makes ZERO sense. It’s not about the cost, it’s the principle of it and the complete lack of logic. Safe to say I will be avoiding this Burger King from this point on.

The employees cant comprehend anything you say. I came through the drive through the girl got smart because she kept asking us to repeat what we were saying and when we tried to talk louder so she can hear she cuts us off and says OKAY in a rude tone we got two original chickens one with light mayo and one with extra they both had too much mayo & the one with extra was soggy and falling apart with mayo we asked for it to be fresh they said okay n everything was still cold we drive home I try to eat it but it was so nasty so we go back the guy takes our food and says okay you asked for extra mayo I say yes extra but this is too much he said so u want light mayo I said NO , extra but THIS is too much and showed him the inside of my sandwich He said okay remakes our order and they both are light mayo I go back in the store there’s no condolences for us having to keep getting or food corrected he just hands me mayonnaise packets I felt like they was tryna be funny not coming here any more I dont even want my food anymore

They took a long time to do people’s orders in the drive thru we were waiting for like 15 minutes and on top of that I wasted my money because the guys weren’t wearing gloves back there it looked like the guy who prepared my food played with it cuz the fries looked like someone pinched them the fish sandwich had added salt on it they added more salt on the sandwich and made it super salty I almost gagged nothing was edible…this is why I don’t have a problem with robots taking over the food handling for fast food the employees mess with your food and essentially your money I wasted 10$ on this meal it’s gross and tampered with and I don’t have time to go back I’m way too tired it’s not even worth it I just won’t be coming back

I work nearby and come here once a week or so. They consistently mess up my orders, and at least once every couple months I’m stuck waiting 15 minutes with only 1 customer ahead of me, regardless of whether it’s inside or at the drive through.
Update. I realize now why they took so long. They need extra time to burn my bun.

This burger King is horrible. Every single time I go, they mess up my order. At this point it seems intentional. If it isn’t missing up details on my order it’s missing items from my order. Insane that you pay them just for them to screw things up.

I just went through the drive thru, I ordered mozzarella fries and the churros. I got them home and they were old..so I brought them back. I went Inside and asked politely, I work in customer service and I know it’s a stressful job if I could get fresh ones made. The person, im assuming the manager didn’t say, oh im sorry, I’ll get that for you, nothing, just a look of um ok and told her staff to make fresh ones. The staff in the back said we have these, she said no make fresh ones.
You shouldn’t have to ask for fresh food to be made or go back with old food. It should be quality to start with. Shame on the employees who gave me stale food..
