Whenever the older manager is on duty, there is a problem. I ordered a sundae and he filled it half way. I order a frozen coke in the drive thru and it is filled up to the top of the cup but the bubble lid is empty. This not a good idea with 7-Eleven across the street. If ordered at the counter, he makes customer install the lids. It seems he feels he is saving the store money. He never smiles. ALL the other employees seem to understand Customer Service Service. The food is good. The manager is a downer.

During the state wide social distancing order we have been branching out and trying places we haven’t been to before. I have had Burger King in the past but I am not a regular customer at all.
I wanted to try this location as it is close to my home and they were offering 2 free kids meals with purchase which I couldn’t pass up with having 2 hungry boys.
The app is very intuitive. Easy to add the offers to my order and easy to customize every item I ordered.
Pickup is just as simple with just having to provide the order number in the drive thru.
We were all really impressed with the quality of the food as well. If we do get Fast Food we usually go to the one with the arches for the kids. The food at BK was much better from a visual and taste standpoint. What you order looks like the picture. The spicy chicken sandwich was amazing as well. Just enough spice to get your mouth watering. I was very impressed.
My wife was happy they had shakes as well with many different options available as well.
We have since ordered again and it was just as good as the first time. Keep up the excellent job.

Worst service ever. Got order, it was wrong. Told them, got correct food…. ice cold. Didn’t even bother to hear it up. Croissant was cold and hard. Then gave us a hard time to get our money back.

One of the newer models, this BK has allot to offer. Very nice staff. There is a playground here, so expect allot of kids. Dinner hour can also present a challenge also, as it can get very busy. The burgers are worth the wait though.

I ordered a Whopper Junior meal and got a bologna meat on an old bun,, seriously, the meat was wafer thin on an old top bun with a fresher bottom bun,, really disappointing

Beyshawn really took the time to take care of us, even though there was a LINE of cars outside. He had complete control of the restaurant, and the team really listened well to his direction. The food was hot, tasted good, and came out quick. I wanted to do the survey, but there was no code on my receipt. I’m glad we stopped in.

I’m 46. I’ve had my share of Burger King in my life, so much so that I remember the croissan’wich when it was an actual croissant sandwich (awesome btw) not bread shaped like a croissant. That said… Holy bird that ChaKing (sp) sandwich is the BOMB. Thick piece of chicken, thicker than ANYWHERE else and crispy, but not crunch piercing breading on a soft cushion of a bun. I haven’t eaten at BK more than a few times a year in recent memory until I tried this out of desperation after the line at another chicken place was too long for my time. That was a cosmic intervention pushing me to the best chicken sandwich around. No joke try this out. I get regular and there’s a spicy I haven’t tried.

Just waited in the drive through for over an hour for a CUSTOMER that left the line to tell us they are not taking orders on the drive through. Had no option but to wait because the person in front of refused to move so I could go inside. Worst service imaginable. Why is it that a customer had to notify me and not a worker when I mentioned something to the staff they could’ve cared less.
