I typically don’t eat for fast food, but I really do enjoy the whopper sandwich. So I thought I treat myself. It was a bit late at night, but I was really hoping they would have a fresh burger for me at the drive-through. I ordered my double whopper with cheese, and was on my way. I was very excited to eat my whopper, and as I took a bite into it I found the meat tasted old, stale and like it had been sitting under the sun lamp for a whole year. Definitely wasn’t made fresh and definitely wasn’t my way. What a shame. Is everyone lazy these days and can’t be bothered by the customer? Am I to schedule my whole day around when lunch is served just to get a fresh burger? It seems if you come after 7 PM. You get whatever they got ready.

Of all the Burger King locations in the area, this one is the best. The food is nice and hot and cooked properly. I don’t know how, but it even tastes a lot fresher here than it does at other locations. The Whopper is steaming hot, fries are crispy, chicken sandwich is cooked to perfection, and they actually do the onion rings right here. I’m glad that this happens to be the closest Burger King I live near. Keep up this kind of good quality.

Came here two days ago on Tuesday at around 6pm. A young girl with red hair in a braid took my order at the drive thru and also met me at the second window. Doesn’t even greet me, smile at me, or even look at me. Doesn’t even say a word to me except to tell me my total and she had a deadpan face the whole time – no hi, here you go, have a good day, NOTHING. Yet a white man (I’m a black woman) was in front of me and she was all smiles and told him have a good day. Clearly a micro aggression. Disgusting.

My family came in tonight on a very busy night. Despite the large crowd, the staff stayed composed. They got to everyone’s order in a timely fashion. (The food was delicious!) The expeditor was amazing. I believe he was probably the manager. He was professional and kept his cool under all the stress.

Went through the drive through at Quakertown Burger King awhile back and had a coupon, gave it to the girl and she never entered it in. I watched her put it down and didn’t so anything with it. My boyfriend paid and then to the next window to get our food, I told him she didn’t put the coupon in. So, we said something at the window and the first two girls were very nice but, got their manager (Leah, I think her name was) and Leah said there was nothing she could do, my boyfriend and I were very angry and said “you can’t give us the difference back?” Leah gave us an attitude. My boyfriend and I went again to the same Burger King tonight (4/16/23) said “I have a coupon for a 2 whopper meal” the guy said “okay what’s the number?” Said the number, he said “okay pull up”. Never asked us what drinks we wanted with our meals.. and then got to the window… the girl didn’t ask if we wanted certain drinks, the girl didn’t even say much of anything.. she was kinda rude. These past two times there have been horrible. We will never come to Quakertown burger king ever again. The service was absolutely horrible.

Food is as expected and we love the play area however this location is not accustomed to dealing with mobile orders if you are dining in. If you do place a mobile order make sure you check in at the front or they will never process it. We thought the 1st time of waiting for a half hour was a fluke, but after the 2nd time we realized no one there knows how to process the mobile orders and you have to make sure they got it
