Made a mobile order and then waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line to pick it up. Terrible burger. I ordered a cheeseburger but there was no cheese on it. Chicken nuggets were not good. The Oreo shake was too sweet and too liquidy. Fries were okay.

Did not give us everything we ordered and paid for. Pretty sure the kid working the drive through was high. I wrote to Burger King and they wanted to give me a digital credit, but I had to download their app to receive it, which I didn’t want to do. They said they would refer it to this location and they would provide me with a refund for the missing item. Store never replied despite being sent a reminder from corporate. With as expensive as Burger King has gotten, I don’t plan on visiting any of their locations until I am refunded for the food I paid for and never received.

This location used to be good…once upon a time, now like just about every location I’ve been to recently has gone down hill. It was pretty good here until after the renovations and I’m guessing new management…seems to be a trend where service doesn’t match the upgrades, I’ve notice this across the chains. My biggest complaint is their food just isn’t served hot enough and tables don’t get cleaned fast enough. The barely warm food along with the price increases is what is going to hurt these fast food establishments. The best days are gone for these fast food places. Even after asking to be served a hot burger they can’t do it. Also the wait time for dinning in is unsatisfactory as they prioritize the drive thru. I don’t even know why people go to BK anymore except they have very limited options and it really isn’t a value anymore anyway. The new remodeling isn’t good at all and a far cry from the more comfortable seating of the past. Some things don’t change for the better and this is a perfect example. Just take a look in the parking lot …not many customers compared to a few years ago. BK you can do better.

This Burger King was severely understaffed to handle the lunch hour. They prioritized the drive-in over counter orders. The staff was not at all courteous and the food was cool – not hot. Turn out the manager was in the office most of the 20 minute wait for my food. I will not be returning to this Burger King.

This just happened Dec. 7th at 6:20 PM. The lady in front of me at the drive thru was given the wrong drink. I watched her hand it back, then they swapped her out with the correct drink. This made me suspicious. When I pulled up, I was handed my drink immediately. I checked the lid and sure enough it was poked through. Too lazy to even try to trick me with a new lid. Absolutely Vile.

Waited in the drive in line
for 20 minutes. Pull up to the drive-through finally and the young gentleman looks at my husband and says bro what did you order? Needless to say I drove away ridiculous. And the price that you pay for their food ridiculous. Left there went to the McDonald’s got all my food correct gentlemen very nice all within 10 minutes and $15 cheaper.

Took grandson to play in the playhouse while we ate. Food was cold coke was flat and cold in playroom. Staff were very friendly and courteous

Me and my family want dinner and when it was delivered to the house, not only the day forget a burger. I went to go eat my fries and onion rings and after I ate three, there was a clump of hair in it absolutely disgusting never eating their fries ever again.
