Absolutely disgusting. Upsets me because this place used to be the place to go, but sadly I have to rate this the most disgusting place to eat in Doylestown.
I got seriously sick from the food, I should’ve known from the moment I walked in very dirty. The cook was mopping the floors came back didn’t wash hands no gloves and making the food. So I asked and paid for extra lettuce, onion etc for my burger. I look at it none of that was on it. I go to the cook to complain about it and he just laughs like the food to him was a joke, I just asked if he could put that on my burger, he comes out no gloves with dirt all over his hands and under his finger nails and put it on my burger. I threw ts out.
The staff in there just treat everything like a joke. I won’t be eating somewhere where people are going to take my food as a joke.

Matthew and Ryan were working alone tonight and they worked incredibly fast, provided super friendly service and the food was great. These guys need a raise! Two people for an evening shift?! They did such a great job! Also I’ve been here 5 times total and every.single.time the food is great and the service is quick and friendly 🙂 I appreciate you guys so much! Especially cause the McDonald’s down the road is terrible!

Really the finest franchise of the Burger King brand. Exceptionally diverse menu, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and in-between. I like the Impossible Whopper, heavy cheese. Soft drinks are refreshing. Atmosphere is pleasant.

Bill and Matt were the best workers at this Burger King. They were very talkative and kind making us feel welcome and comfortable! The food came out on time and tasting amazing. Thank you for making our experience so enjoyable, it truly is the little thing. The only comment I would have is they definitly need more help, there needs to be more service during the night hours especially with mobile orders.

Literally the worst fast food place in Doylestown. Maybe if what happened to McDonald’s it would become better. Just don’t waste your time unless you have a ton of time to lose. May I suggest corporate come here to properly train their employees instead of whatever store management this place has. I could probably make my order with 0 issues faster than these poorly trained employees.

My experience with this specific store is that the staff is undertrained and INCREDIBLY unprofessional. Last year i ordered fries that weren’t in my bag so i filed a complaint to corporate because it was a pattern. I was then bombarded by this store on my phone with messages from their store phone asking me to contact a GM on their personal phone.

Burger King in Doylestown is the place to go for many food options. From burgers to chicken to fish and even dessert. The employees are very friendly and efficient. Plenty of free parking and you can watch the planes take off from Van Sant airfield.

my friends and i go here all the time and matthew is always the one that serves us. the food is always served fast, hot, and he always asks if you want a crown. he is a joy to talk to and definitely makes our days. definitely stop by!

Had the new smokehouse burger. Service was slow and the cook in the back said he was “too lazy” to empty the tater tots into the tray. Is that the type of people they hire? He was also messing up the orders. I guess that’s what you get when you eat at a place like Burger King. Going downhill. If I’m desperate, I will return. But not by choice.
