There was absolutely nobody else there. I Got a chicken sandwich and it was cold. The cheese on the sandwich couldn’t even melt because it Was that cold. Employees seemed miserable. Would not recommend. I’ve gotten this sandwich at different locations and this was by far the worse.

Waited extra 15 minutes for my whopper…wondered why and confused ….. instead gave me the veg version. Aweful. I rather drive to the Carey Ave location. This isn’t the first time. Expect more when the manager waits on you.

Good took 30 minutes for 2 whoppers. Only 3 cars there. Cashier I asked for Fanta but knowing now the Didn’t have it and the girl somehow gave me Aquafina…. The food was ice Cold for all the time that we Waited it should have at least lukewarm.

Walked in at about 2 pm in the Wilkes-Barre Burger King. Only a manager and 2 employees working. I ordered a Whopper w cheese and a plain cheeseburger with small fries and Sprite. The debit machine wasn’t working. Also noticed that the girl put my burgers in a microwave. I didn’t say anything to the manager because I emphasize being a chef and not having enough employees. Won’t be going to that Burger king

Standard BK layout, convenient off/on Rte 81, clean restaurant and bathroom, pleasant staff–all was drive-through, dining room empty, pleasant place to take a break.
