Horrible. An employee eating a burger while I waited gor my food (eating it where they prep your food btw!!) They lost/forgot my order and made in incorrectly had to wait abt 30 mins for that. The employee that was eating a burger made her friends pies before i even got my food (dont worry the pies were dropped fresh for them) Only person working was the guy who took out order and some of the cooks. I know this is fast food but dang!! Must have been a rough night for them.

My husband and I came in late for a replacement order Saturday night expecting to be treated the way you’re normally treated when you go ANYWHERE for a replacement after an issue; but boy, we’re we wrong! The crew that were working that night went above and beyond! Our food was replaced quickly, was hot, fresh, beautifully presented and excellent!! Antonio, Nathan, & Dalton were 3 of the most wonderful employees I think we’ve ever encountered!! These 3 gentlemen were so kind and helpful and friendly, they should be training the rest of the staff because they KNOW how to treat not only customers, but people. Burger King should be extremely proud of the 3 employees who not only took pride in their jobs, but took pride in themselves as well, which you don’t see often in the younger generation anymore. I will definitely come back to this particular store!! Good job, guys!

I’m going to say this!! When someone says no pickles you know it would nice if these children actually provided no pickles !!!!! This is why you shouldn’t employ these youngsters to work a job with food !!!!!!!! You know some people have allergies and can’t eat them which is why they request no pickles !!!! Especially when these wonderful employees cross off pickles but they yet to put them on ???? That’s evil !!!! Not to mention I had food missing from my bag !!!!! The drive through girl was rude too I say thank you and you can’t acknowledge me and I know they have cameras so if the manager can reach out to me that would be amazing. Yes I kept the receipt

You are one of the far worst BK in the county. Don’t think we ever received a order made correctly or didn’t have items missing. You had 5 chances with us that was too many, we no longer use this location and most locals avoid this location too.

It’s ok but the often short the sauces and anything theme made going on for promoting meals they make for the Holidays are NEVER AVAILABLE FOR ANYONE ELSE WHO ORDERS BECAUSE THE DAY THE GET THE THEME ITEMS THEY CLAIM TO HAVE SOLD OUT EVERYTHING THE ABSOLUTE FIRST DAY IT COMES OUT, AND IF YOU TRY TO ORDER IT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE MONTH , IT’S TO BE AVAILABLE, NO MATTER HOW MANY TRUCK DELIVERIES COME AFTER, THEY’RE STILL ALWAYS OUT OF STOCK OF THEMED ITEM’S so if you have to ask me , it’s a little bit like the starbucks baristas who steal the bear cups from all the customers before they’re even put out on the shelves , ignorance is the root of all evil , and god has a place for everyone of them.

We ordered the $5 two for deal and a couple of Whoppers. The Whooper Jr. and chicken fries were good and hot. The prices are nice if you get the double deal for $5 or the triple deal for $7. It gives you options wanted for food. It was fast service and friendly workers.

There was absolutely nobody else there. I Got a chicken sandwich and it was cold. The cheese on the sandwich couldn’t even melt because it Was that cold. Employees seemed miserable. Would not recommend. I’ve gotten this sandwich at different locations and this was by far the worse.
