I’m not a big fast food person, but Burger King chicken nuggets and fries are dairy free for a family member and on my route. The staff is always very polite and friendly, so we stop by this particular location.

I’ve been to this location twice before but nothing could have prepared me for what happened on this visit. All Of My Food Was COLD!!! The sandwich was poorly made and there was a worker with a gun tattoo.. A GUN! Not just anywhere, oh nono. ON HIS FOREHEAD! It made me feel so unwelcomed and unsafe in this building. I’ve been here a few times before and have felt safe and the food was good but this is definitely the final straw. Cold food and a man with a gun tattoo ♀️ ♀️ Not a welcoming space for children!!!! Think of the children! Can’t believe these people get hired. Do better BK!

The manager at the cashier was a sweaty mess. I also saw him grab and move a trashcan and then made some fries like it was nothing lol. When he gave me my cup it was a little wet from the sweat he just wiped -_-.

Yes it’s BK, it’s fast food. But this store excels. Not only do I consider BK burgers superior to other common chains like McD or Wendy’s, this store is clean, updated, and now offers beer — a rarity in PA. It has order kiosks, through app ordering, and one of those crazy soda mixing/flavor machines. Right by the Wawa for gas. Doesn’t get much better when you need a quick, cheap, satisfying eat.

Stopped and tried to get a quick meal while on the road. Took forever, and no interaction with customer. Just slid food on counter and walked away.
A lot of kids working here with no guidance. On top of the slow service. They had friends stop in to chit-chat. Nothing was stocked, not condiments or fountain drink lids.
Very dirty, the tables, chairs, floors, fountain drink dispenser, front counter etc. They also blocked off bathroom ( I am guessing so no one uses it and that it doesnt have to be cleaned later on).
Also they have a sign on each table saying “They want to hear my whopper idea.” My idea is fire everyone on staff at time of this post, and hire people who would take this job serious. Especially for the sign on the lawn saying $17/hr.

Such an awful experience at lunch.
The app wasn’t working at either Burger King to order the digital exclusives and when I went to order it locked up the app and pushed me to a BK 7 miles away. My kids were begging for the How to train a dragon stuff. The how to train a dragon spicey mozzarella box was slightly torn.
They don’t have free refill on drinks.
I would complain to the company but never got a receipt.
We had to get a spoon for my kids ice cream but all 3 workers were in the back.
There’s no seating for more than 4 people without spreading across multiple areas.
And the soda machine for customers was almost completely out.
Of the 2 kiosk available. 1 didn’t work.
The men’s room hadn’t been checked in awhile and it was clear by how dirty the toilet was.
I will say this, the workers were nice.

I went the this Burger King after work to grab something quick for dinner for me and my boyfriend, after just getting off of work. Not only did I wait 20 minutes in the drive thru, the cashier also mess up my order and I got something I didn’t want entirely. Only to realize it after I was home after the 30 minute drive home. I am beyond disappointed and annoyed.

So this was a stop along the way home from New York. The restroom was…a bit yucky. Not nasty? Just yuck. One of the two stalls had no TP and had a yucky hard water stain. They DO sell stuff for that! Anyhow, the cashier had a cod and dismissive attitude. I feel that the travelers along the way keep this BK open. Food was hot and fresh but I definitely would not return if I were in the area.
