We stopped at the grill around 9:30 a.m. for a quick breakfast, and at first it felt a bit empty, likely because it was a weekday. As it got closer to lunchtime, the crowd steadily picked up, which quickly changed my initial impression. The space is quite large inside, allowing for comfortable spacing between guests. The wait staff was excellent, very attentive, consistently refilling coffee and checking in without being intrusive. Prices were reasonable for the setting, making it a solid option for a relaxed breakfast or early lunch stop.

If I could give zero stars I would. 17.98 for a Whopper with cheese, fries, onion ring and a shake. Might be the worst food I’ve ever had from any BK anywhere, and I’ve visited BK in many different locations and states, coupled with the fact that the person who handled my money then immediately actually touched my fries and onion rings with his bare hands while loading the bag, made me just throw those items in the trash when I arrived home. In addition, they handed me my already manhandled food why I waited several minutes for my shake, which also was absolutely awful, threw that in the trash as well after just a couple sips. STAY AWAY from this BK at all costs! And it is costly for absolutely horrible food.

i come here very often it’s the perfect location for me but i will no longer be coming i made a mobile order WITH MY NAME MIND YOU and received a completely different persons order. when i told them it was the wrong order they asked me my name in an extremely rude tone. if it were me i would have apologized kindly and gave them the correct order that’s how jobs work. clearly these workers have no respect for anyone and i genuinely am not comfortable here anymore. why i come somewhere for good service and get treated horrible is absolutely beyond me. the manager who works here aswell is extremely disrespectful and angrily slammed the cash register because of a complication that SHE had and then continued to slam the window in my face and not even say anything. could never treat a customer that way it’s horrible. the picture attatched is APPARENTLY a medium fry and this is all i received in it after i had that order switch up issue. they also took back the bag that i already reached into and im sure gave it to the other person. very unsanitary hopefully they tossed that out i wouldn’t be happy if that was me.

Food is obviously pretty good. Dose take awhile to get your food. If you take the drive thru it’s colder than when they just hand you the food inside the building. I just thought that was kind of weird ngl. Place is very clean and I would go here more often if I ate fast food.

I don’t go to Burger King very often but each time I go it’s decent EXCEPT for this disgusting one. The place was dirty, I waited almost 10 minutes just for a bacon king and small fry, the manager with ginger hair that looks like an egg was being rude to her employees and was EATING on the “job”. That manager hardly helped anyone and just wondered around like she was at Lala Land. The food was ok besides waiting almost 10 minutes but also the fries were a little cold…
ANOTHER THING, the manager (still the same one as before) was cashing me out but she was giving me an attitude for NO REASON and she had the audacity to slam the cash register drawer.
This experience has truly ruined Burger King for me. Please do NOT go to this one.

The only reason I gave one star, is because there is no option for zero stars. I have been coming to this place for some time. On multiple occasions I have witnessed what I am assuming is a manager treating her employees terribly and being exceptionally rude to customers, myself included. While I find this place convenient due to it’s location in proximity to where I live, I will no longer be stopping here and I will be taking my business elsewhere. How this woman can keep employees is beyond me.

Worst Burger King franchises in the entire Wyoming valley. Extremely slow service. Understaffed. Food is good though. Just slower than molasses in the winter time. And idk why you guys don’t prepare mobile orders as soon as they come in? Like I’m not even supposed to be leaving work right now cause I’ll get in trouble that’s why I online order.

I eat at alot of fast food places. I usually expect the thrown together sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a whopper meal. This may have been the first time I sat down and opened my sandwich and found something that actually looked like the photo. The person that made my burger actually cared to put it together with care. The staff all seemed to enjoy being there. So I thought maybe it was a one off. I Stopped here again today just to see. I took note of the person that made my sandwich yesterday and today. Two different people and the same result a perfect whopper. Keep up the good work. Fast food isn’t cheap anymore and opening a sandwich that looks appetizing and not thrown together really makes a difference when it happens to be some people’s dinner. I really enjoyed my 2 visits.

First and foremost THANK YOU to the young man and older lady in the front for patiently dealing with all the customers ALONE!!!
Second-where is the staff??? This nice old lady is being pushed like she should not be and getting attitudes from customers on your behalf(she deserves recognition) as well as the young man with dreads in his hair!!!
Third- and I know it’s because she is being rushed at lunch time with only 2 other workers here with her but she needs gloves when putting fries in the bag!!! BUT AGAIN I blame UPPER management for that!!!
I wish I did t hate McDonalds as much as I do because I would definitely be there!!!
So I went through drive through and first and foremost I was being rushed to place my order being asked multiple times “are you done yet, is that it and anything else” 3 different ways of telling me to hurry up!!! Then because I was being rushed I forgot to ask for onion rings and so when I pulled up to the window I asked if I could please exchange one of my fries for an onion ring and (here’s the kicker) I was told “no sorry but it’s too late we already made the fries” I asked “what, do you mean, I want onion rings instead of fries” and was again told “sorry but it’s too late to change it)
BEING A RESTAURANT OWNER, I would fire any of my employees that told a paying customer something like that!!! Now I have to go to nasty McDonald’s!!! Thanks a lot!!!!
