Out of all the Fast food restaurants in the Wyoming Valley this Burger King is the very best. We have quit going to fast food restaurants because of the poor quality of food and the lack of actually getting what you ordered. The food was HOT and FRESH! I know it’s hard to believe but it’s the truth. The person who took our order was professional. This was truly the best experience I ever had at BK or any other fast food restaurants.

Can’t say I’ll be returning here after my last 4 separate visits and my food can’t be given to me the way I order them (very basic orders at that). I had to go in and have them remake them. Then this last time they screwed the entire order up and I just wanted one burger fixed instead of the whole order, the employees then started making rude and snobbish remarks. I’ll take my money to someplace that doesn’t screw up an entire order

The girlfriend and I stopped here on our way home to Virginia from New Hampshire. We don’t eat fast food often, but when we are on a raod trip and do it is Burger King. We ordered two whoppers with cheese, one with no pickles, and a large order of fries. Both burgers came super fresh and hot and with no pickles, not a deal breaker; and the fries were on point. We don’t know what magic the Burger King locations in Pennsylvania have but every whopper and order of fries we’ve had passing through have been the best we’ve ever had!

Awful service and the “managers” attitude was sub par. It always baffles my brain how people with zero customer service/people skills are put into management positions. No manners and absolutely miserable. Currently still waiting over 25 mins for my drive through order. Unacceptable for even BK being there’s only 2 customers here.

False advertising at its best, ( see picture ) the only reason I tried it was because it was supposed to have a lot of mushrooms on it. Well the pic shows it all. I asked the manager if they made a mistake with only having a tiny bit of mushrooms on it but they said ( nope we are only supposed to put 1 scoop of mushrooms on it .) Well that must be 1 tiny spoon. Other then that I’m not a big bacon person but it was actually cooked well. The only thing I did different was I said no mayo cause I like ketchup instead. Overall it is not worth the 6 dollars they charge for it.

I stopped in here for a quick bite while on a drive. They had a steady flow of cars in drive thru but noone inside. I ordered the new Flame Grilled Chicken sandwich – the employee let me know that takes 5-6 minutes to broil, which I appreciated. I was okay with the with and proceeded with the order.
I ordered a drink as well, but when I went to get a drink all of the diet and zero sugar options were out. I went to the counter and asked if they had Zero Sugar Dr Pepper back there. No. I asked about another. No. I finally asked a different employee to please fill me up with a diet option and they were able to do that.
The tables were filthy. All of them, not just one or two. It looked like they hadn’t been wiped off all day or maybe even for dayssss. I found one that was okay and wiped it down.
My chicken came up and it was hot, fresh and made to order. The chicken was really good.
My chicken sandwich and drink were $9 – probably would’ve been a better value to get a meal, but I didn’t need fries.
Overall I would stop here again if I was desperate, but there are 3 fast foods in this shopping center parking lot, choose a different one.

This is the most poorly ran fast food place I’ve even been in. First, I walked in and stood at the counter for 5 minutes before the acknowledged me and asked what I would like to order. Second it took 30 minutes for them to make a double whopper. The place was empty. There are no customers. Maybe 3 people. It’s ridiculous.
