Everytime I come to this bk there’s a manager, Melissa I believe her name is, always on her phone, has a massive attitude to customers and employees and barks orders at the employees. I’m not sure how she’s a manager unless they find dictation good management quality. Managers should lead by example not dictate employees to do things as they sit on their phone. She needs some serious management training or not be a manager at all since she clearly doesn’t want to do the work of a manager or any position for that matter.

The chicken fries were cold and they forgot the sauce. The jalapeno poppers were even colder and I was given the wrong sauce. My burger was good and exact, but every other food I won’t order again.

A nice store located conveniently on highway. Clean , refreshing , well maintained, staffs are friendly. Only reason I reduced is I ordered for a spicy chicken sandwich ( got regular and realized after a bite of food). Did not complained or wnet back to counter to fix it. But that cannot be a problem for many and it is an accident and understood. Clean restrooms and easy accessible to gas station and convenient store. This store has a kiosk to place an order and it was not much crowded when we came here for a quick bite. Will definetly recommend to all

Stopped here food in the middle of a long trip, we ended up ordering onion rings and mozzarella sticks, neither of them were cooked all the way and were warm at best.
The soda machine has a lid despencer, it was filthy.
The workers were all arguing between each other. Seems like a hostile environment.
I personally will not stop here on any other trips and advise those traveling to stop and get food elsewhere.

It’s fast food. Went through drive-thru what I found disgusting were two individuals working the window with their 3 ft long hair extensions and no hair nets

The tall lightskin boy was super rude since the moment he started taking our order for no apparent reason. As someone who’s also worked in customer service no matter how bad your day has been it does not justify having this attitude with customers. He was not even communicating right and that caused a mix up in the order. (Ended up charging us with something we didn’t even order) had an awful day and he successfully made the one thing that was supposed to cheer us up miserable.

Very clean. Especially the bathrooms. Food was nice and hot and delicious. Free Parking. Easy in/out. Staff was VERY friendly. Service was lightening fast. I highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I don’t recommend this location. If you’re trying to get regular menu items during breakfast hours, don’t bother coming here. Burger King is supposed to serve the full menu all day. This location doesn’t. Complete fail on Burger King’s part.
