Food is usually great but something happened today. Both whoppers had stale hard buns and black on the tomatoes. It looks green in the photo but im telling you it was black. I get burger kind like once every couple months when I just dont feel like cooking so was quite disappointed my teen threw out a 10 dollar sandwich. The bun was so stale it was literally flaking off when he opened it. The smaller burgers seemed to be fine .

Don’t ever order an impossible burger from this location they are so lazy they microwave it when they have Advertised flame broiled, but will be lazy and throw it in the microwave. That is so disgusting biting into a sandwich that is soggy because you microwaved it how lazy!!!!! The flame broiler is working and fixed also so there’s no excuse! Pure laziness.. $10 for a microwaved burger if I wanted to microwave a burger I would’ve went to the dollar tree and call it a day.

I was crunched for time as to why I declared to choose this place, let alone fast food altogether. Bad choice! As a result, my mom ended up sick the next morning. Ordered from the app, customized all 3 orders. NONE of them were correct. I went in the restaurant to pick-up my food. The floor behind the counter is disgusting. The place needs to be closed and degreased!

Definitely not like it use to be. Good went down hill. Got two rodeo cheese burgers and onion rings and the buns were stale and onion rings were not cooked all the way and if you know burger king any more they were not busy. Sad, because I always loved this place. It was my go to fast food restaurant.

30-40 min drive through lines. You pull up there’s a bunch of teenage boys in there walking around nobody is working. Nobody is cooking. Nothing is happening. Not sure what’s going on but even after waiting a ridiculous amount of time and there’s only 3 cars ahead of me, the food is cold ? How can you wait for your food to be cooked. (35 mins not exaggerating) Only to get it, and be cold. What is going on inside of here. Last time I go through the drive through or eat there in general.

Tyler G n Chris these were two different locations. One was on Blakely Street and the other one was up on route six. I was in a desperate need for some nuggets. My Son prefers your nuggets however, McDonald’s and Wendy’s were closer and for time sake I was just gonna hit them up neither one of those restaurants even though I pulled in would help me until 1030. I called Burger King and he said sure we’ll throw them in. It only takes a few minutes Even though they weren’t starting lunch yet I realized I called the wrong one and so I then went to the drive-through on the one that I meant to go to, which is in Dunmore here and I was greeted by Tyler, who also said yes no problem. I’ll throw them right in. That was huge to me because it’s a matter of if My Son gets to eat or not he’s a picky eater and he has not had breakfast and has wrestling practice right after school today and I wanted to make sure it’s some type of nutrients in his body. I just really hope that they get some recognition in both of them for going over and beyond to help a customer out today, they didn’t have to do that. God bless.

No one would put this lettuce on a hamburger they were eating. It’s disgusting. Never got this when I ate in. It’s always in the drive thru so by the time it’s discovered you’ve already driven home. I’ve learned to thoroughly check that everything is there before I drive off since that’s where they usually screw up. Guess it’s either accept this slop or eat in. Very disappointed.

The fries are so delicious when they are fresh but I’ve gotten some older fries a few times that weren’t so good and other food that had been setting. The employees are all usually very nice and friendly, cool, and on point. The food is also usually very fresh and hot at certain times. Overall it’s one of the better BKs!
