Okay so I did drive thru on Friday night and only two people working the windows and I can tell you this was the best night I have ever had at this BK location. The two people were very polite and very nice, I didn’t feel like I was an imposition to them. They were fast and efficient. Based on tonight’s experience I would not think twice to coming back. I hope someone sees this review and gives them a raise so that they stay there but alas people like that find other jobs and we will be back to the others who hate their job and take it out on their customers

Clean, fast, hot and good value. Its fast food so you get what you expect, but all 3 of us enjoyed our meals. They have a fancy coke machine, but none of the varieties you’ll find at Wendy’s. We had burgers, chicken sandwiches, loaded tots (not recommended), onion rings, fries and drinks.

Honestly i was hungry so i went and got food from here as its right there in the way home, my own 16 month old wouldn’t even entertain the fries, the chicken and fries were both cold when i got them and the whopper just taste old like it sat through the warmer for to long. Think im honestly done with the location at least at night, maybe day shift is a little better who knows.

Workers are always so nice. Food is always right and fresh. Compared to a lot of other burgers kings they are always so friendly here.

Don’t order from here.. terrible experience. Ordered a bacon melt, received this. The burger meat itself was cold, no onions, very little sauce, literally soft bread not even slightly toasted. I only asked that they remake my sandwich for me to actually be able to eat considering it’s a very expensive meal. They apologized and claimed that “the toaster either toasts it too little or too much that they always have issues with it” this sandwich was not even SLIGHTLY toasted. And she knew that as she took it to the back & I heard employees laughing that it wasn’t toasted at all.. It was just a weak excuse & to not offer a refund or something was also an issue. Terrible management.. I got it remade, correctly just would have appreciated taking some responsibility for the laziness. & also would have appreciated some type of refund or coupons or something as an apology as most companies do when they are at fault..

Went through drive thru tonight was so happy they were open! The lady who took our order was super sweet and they even labeled the bag no cheese so we wouldn’t have to see which burger was our special request burger!!

Tried again. Vastly improved. I had to wait 5 minutes for my whopper and fries but they came out hot. Fries were perfectly crispy and that Whopper was perhaps the best one I ever had. It was super hot and Juicy and the veggies were crispy and cold.

Manager would not serve me . Had me standing there . Wish I could have saw her name tag but it was whatever manager who is on the first shift on 9/10/25 at 7:30 am . I was not able to use the kiosk so I needed a cashier to ring me up . This is not the first time this has happened and I had to walk out without being served . This is unacceptable
