The employees do their job, but the manager is rude and heartless. We went there today and had a meal. My husband offered a meat to a gentleman that was there , paid for it and gave him the receipt to claim his meal. As we sat there eating, I noticed that a few people walked in and ordered, got their meal and left. While the gentleman waited for his food. When I decided to go claim his meal, I walked up to an employee taking his burgers to serve him and the manager took the burgers of her hand and told her that she doesn’t carethat he can wait and took the burgers of her hand to serve someone on the drive thru. When she noticed what I seen, I asked for the meal and she said it’s coming . I told her that she is being heartless, because he might be homeless but he is a human being as we are. So she rushed and gave me the meal to try to keep me quiet. But here I am, letting this place know how this asian lady (manager) treats their costumers.

No attention to detail. I ordered the buy one get one chicken sandwiches with no mayonnaise and bacon, which you pay extra for and they gave me two chicken sandwiches with lettuce and mayonnaise and no dipping sauce for my chicken fries! All you gotta do is read the receipt, man it’s not difficult!!

This particular location is the worst place to order online if you order a bacon king sandwich which is supposed to come with everything unless you choose otherwise they send you a plain burger when I mean plain I’m saying 2 pieces of bread and two burger meat like you order for a dog don’t update theirs options in DoorDash for you to message them their phone number doesn’t work no manager on site a mess

I ordered delivery to my house almost everything was wrong and the manager told me that he was unable to rectify the situation unless I go there which I didnt understand as I got my delivered, so why should I have to come there. Very unprofessional manager at this location. They dont have to worry about me spending my money there.

The one girl that took my order had a horrible attitude didn’t even let me finish speaking, went to pay and she also had an attitude. I’m a very nice patient person but next time I will greet her the exact same way. I will also like to speak to the manager of this place. You guys will loose customers if you keep hiring young teens with bad attitude that do not want to work.

Everything was great, the only thing I have to say is why do they give you packages of ketchup if you don’t ask for them? I had 2 double cheeseburgers and a fry and they gave me 8 packages of ketchup, which I don’t use….. seems like a waste of money to me.
