This burger king is a drive through only right now. However the service was very fast. The order was correct when I got it. There was a line at the driver through but it went very quickly. It was lunch time so the line wasn’t bad considering the time of day on a Saturday.

we pulled up. we ordered. twenty minutes goes by. still no service. finally we order. we pay. we pull out. order is wrong. missing two chicken fries. we pull back around. we wait another ten minuets. they give us our correct order. i bite into my chicken fry. i bite into a tooth. i cry. this was my first time ever in america. i thought the fast food would be great, very dissatisfied.

Very dissatisfied. Took my daughter after her softball game and ordered a few things for her. We were asked to wait in parking spot which is fine I understand they get very busy we waited over 20 mins my daughter checked bag and when we got home they forgot her nuggets. Obviously our fault for not catching it she was just hungry. Just disappointed.

Besides the order taking 25 min to be made and served, the manager has a tough time not going off in front of everyone. The missing burger label issue could have been handled better. It wasn’t super busy but everyone was working with no real ambition. I got the sense they were all new.

I went to pick up a delivery there and after 20 minutes driving there, going through the drive through and being told to park and it’ll be brought out to me. I let maybe 10 minutes go by and I could see them moving slow barely doing anything so I walked to the drive through window to find out what was taking so long. The girl at the window said “it’s not our fault you had to wait so long” and also said “we’re working on closing soon”. I’ve worked for many fast food and other food and customer service positions. The right time to worry about closing is AFTER YOU ARE CLOSED!!! The order was ready and wasn’t brought out. Fast food is now the slowest food available in most places, it’s really getting out of hand and the companies really need to do something about it. Service in fast food has plummeted since I was a kid (21 years ago) working for pretty much all of them. If you don’t like your job, get a new one. It’s not that hard to do if you try. I would know since I’ve had an uncountable amount of jobs, my best guess is somewhere between 250-300.

Food quality has been getting lower. Order is right half the time. They give meaningless expediting receipts instead of the real receipt. People who usually get their receipts every time from other places forget to ask. I like my receipts.

Went through the drive through for lunch, I got a Bacon King and an medium size onion rings. I get back to work with my food and my sandwich is covered with some kind of powder! (Maybe salt and pepper mix or some other kind of spice) But it was coated. It made a horrible mess on my desk and needless to say my food was ruined! I didn’t have enough time on my lunch break to go back and complain son the only thing I could do is fill out the survey from the receipt. I don’t know what the substance was for sure on my food but I would have to warn everyone to avoid going here. This was an absolutely horrible experience and who knows how sick I might have gotten if I ate the food. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice and clean! Also I got a dollar menu burger, and it was neat and well put together AND Hot! (McDonald’s, when you order a cheese burger it comes like they played toss across! Cold,cheese not melted and a ketchup mess) So my son and i were impressed that even though we ordered cheap do is, it was made with care and Hot! My only complaint is that last year all BKs changed their chicken nuggets to a new super thin nugget in order to offer them @10 for $1.49. My kids hate them because they are thin bricks!! All Burger Kings have them! ** if you had a brand new pencil…the nuggets are the same width as the eraser sticking out!! THIN

Never fails to disappoint. They need to re-staff this whole place. Fire everyone, get new people in, and train them. There is no quality control. They don’t toss their food once their timers go off. It’s disgusting. Their attitude towards you is just as bad.

I like the food. But today well iit was very different, had to wait much longer, while waiting one of the employees with a mop and bucket came to the front behind the counter. He dropped his mop and headed toward the fries, with dirty hands added fries to the fryer. I told the cashier she told him not to do that, he seemed to get pissed when she told him.
