I went to the drive and ordered a whopper cheese and onion only.
Proceeded to leave and I checked my meal one of the 3 combos I ordered was wrong.When in to tell them what was wrong with the whopper.
Manager repeated to me order and how it should be.
Get home only to find out now I have everything on the whopper.
Back to burger king a third time .I explained just give me what I ordered on the receipt.
How hard is this.
No sorry meanwhile the rest of my cold meal is at home.
Will never go to this burger king again.

Look, I don’t wanna be a Leave-a-bad-review-Leonard but they Gotta get these new young kids whipped into shape soon or pay the managers what they deserve to make sure this kinda stuff isn’t deemed OK. And yes, they’re gray, and it was only a medium, im a little salty. HA, Get it? Anyways, In their defense there was like 4 or 5 somewhat not rock solid ones. But the food quality has been slowly disintegrating. I love this store and I eat there way more than I should, but since I do, and it’s been getting worse and worse, I had to say something. With the cost of the meals up over 10 bucks a pop, I expect at least half my rings edible.

I give them three stars because there is a young gentleman that works afternoons that is absolutely attentive and quick. The manager that was working today 08/30/25 cost in each of her hands several times while I was waiting for an order, proceeded to scoop, french fries, and when I mentioned about coughing into her hands, she looked at me and went back to scooping her fries. Disgusting, if you get sick, then Burger King will be responsible for hiring such a manager that does not even follow serve safe procedures.

Though the service and atmosphere within the store was excellent the food could be hotter. Other than that it was very tasty it was made just the way I wanted it It just needed to be hotter.

I went through the drive-thru and the food was presentation was good and hot, however I wasn’t offered salt, pepper, or ketchup when receiving my order and was only offered the medium size when ordering. Fortunately I know that the meal prices listed are the small size. They also had the audacity to cut the survey number off the bottom of the receipt and had no prices listed either. That was disappointing. Overall I’d probably be back since this is the first time in a while I received the correct order.

I put 4 for food because I find that there’s barely any lettuce on sandwiches with lettuce. And it’s not just this Burger King. This time it was two original chicken sandwiches to which I added bacon and tomato. There were a few small pieces of lettuce on each sandwich. Which just isn’t enough for me. I love my lettuce.

Food be cold and fries are hard.. the workers don’t take pride in serving fresh food to there customers (community). There to busy doing tiktok or watching it.. its not worth spending all this money for this type of service and quality of food…
