Aaliyah was amazing, we go to this bk pretty often and when we order chicken fries they tend to be old and hard, due to them sitting for a long time. I asked Aaliyah to make sure they are fresh for me and she went above and beyond to accommodate me. I truly appreciate her and her customer service, I will be telling everyone I know about this star employee. She deserves a raise asap! Don’t lose her!

This was my first visit to this Burger King which just opened last week. I was impressed with the service and quality of food. Burger King french fries usually aren’t very good, but they were really tasty this time. The dining room was open after 8pm, which is more than I can saw about the neighboring McDonalds. Everything was clean as would be expected in a new restaurant. The parking lot entry from Route 663 is a little bit challenging, as there is a tight turn to get into the parking lot, which my long truck barely fit through. The only negative thing that I noticed, is that the dining room had annoying paper straws, instead of plastic straws. They were among the better paper straws that I’ve used, but they still aren’t as good as a plastic straw…. The workers seemed friendly and they were quite busy keeping up mainly with the drive-thru traffic. This place will be a good addition to the community.

I ordered a crispy bbq sandwich with no bbq, and they put bbq sauce. long wait and staff got rude when i asked them to correct my order. I’d rather drive to the quakertown location instead.

Food was good to be expected. They shorted me on change. Older lady and young boy kid. They stated they were really busy and I was in the drive through for about 20 minutes. They got the order right but they do not make change properly. Burger King- enjoy your $3.21 that your employees are pocketing from customers. Maybe check your registers because your workers are not honest.

Did not receive complete order .after returning to receive balance I was told I probably didn’t pay for item .I did and produced receipt. After I finally got home the replaced sandwich had no cheese . Long story short I WILL NOT BE A RETURN CUSTOMER.
