This was my first visit to this Burger King which just opened last week. I was impressed with the service and quality of food. Burger King french fries usually aren’t very good, but they were really tasty this time. The dining room was open after 8pm, which is more than I can saw about the neighboring McDonalds. Everything was clean as would be expected in a new restaurant. The parking lot entry from Route 663 is a little bit challenging, as there is a tight turn to get into the parking lot, which my long truck barely fit through. The only negative thing that I noticed, is that the dining room had annoying paper straws, instead of plastic straws. They were among the better paper straws that I’ve used, but they still aren’t as good as a plastic straw…. The workers seemed friendly and they were quite busy keeping up mainly with the drive-thru traffic. This place will be a good addition to the community.
Update 01/2024: Service is still really good here. Food is typical Burger King food. Happily, they have ditched the annoying paper straws and now use normal plastic strays.

First the cashier wasn’t happy about how long I was looking at the menu I wasn’t even standing at the register. She looked at the other employee and shrugged her shoulders. We should have walk out at that time. There was no one else in the dinning room, But I guess I was taking to long. Then we asked for ketchup. The employee argued with us saying that the pump was full. Which it was but the pump was not working. She was upset that she had to walk over to change the pumps. So after we ate the food we went to throw away our trash and it was over following with trash. Maybe the employee should be cleaning the dining area instead of making people feel rushed to order.

They have biscuits and gravy on the menu but they don’t make it . Food was cold , hash browns were very over cooked , hard , couldn’t even chew them so threw them away , no butter for the pancakes , scrambled eggs were runny.worse breakfast I have ever had , will never buy it again . they mess up every order , Forgets things in your order , drive thru is so slow even though there’s no other customers there . Was so excited to get a Burger King in our town of pennsburg , Pa . Love Burger King BUT WILL NEVER go to this one again .

The good comment: sun was shining and restaurant clean.
I purposely downloaded the app but unfortunately nobody( not even the Manager!!!), could help using it. Nothing promised on app was available. App never worked.
Inside the restaurant(?) the food orders were 1) slow even when very few people,2) incorrect, 3) priced incorrectly, 4) mediocre in taste.
Oh my . We all continue to wish Chick Fil A rumors had been true in Pennsburg. Not returning. Sadly.

This Burger King always makes errors in their orders, without fail. You will be missing an item, have an incorrect item entirely – and don’t bother trying to ask for cheese on one sandwich and not another, because it will get jumbled. On our most recent visit, we received onion rings that were stuck together (to the point of no longer looking like rings at all, and more akin to a science experiment). Aesthetics aren’t a huge deal necessarily if the food tastes good – but these onion rings were all MUSHY! At this location, YMMV.

Grabbed some breakfast sandwiches on a Sunday morning. Service was really slow but the employees were kind and friendly. The Coke was short on syrup, which I didn’t notice at the time as the soda was for a friend that I was bringing it to.

Ordered at around 2, waited until almost 2:40 for them to ask if we got our food, then after we said no, they accused of us lying. They gave us the food, with no cup and missing fries, with a ripped bag.

Went for some lunch today and ordered a fish sandwich. Got home and saw they gave me the wrong order, a burger, but that’s ok! The fries were hot and delicious.

When you walk in the establishment your immediately greeted with employees with a bad attitude. As more customers walk in the employees attitudes grow worse while bluntly blurting out there disgust that people are trying to order food. When I got my food it was missing half the ingredients that was ment to be on it. I would not recommend eating here. Burger King corporate should step in and try to fix things this is why your business is failing
