If I could give zero stars, I really would. We went 3 weeks ago, it was supposed to be a quick stop on the way to an event. We had to reverse twice before even getting a chance to order because customers were leaving. They were out of soft drinks, only water and icee was available. So we ordered 2 whopper Jr.s with extra mayo and pickle, a bottled water and an icee. From start to finish it took 6 minutes to get our order and be on our way. There was only 1 car in front of us after the 2 backed out when told there was no soda. I was given a small icee. I didn’t specify a size and they didn’t ask. You’d think for the inconvenience I’d atleast get a medium and an apology for the wait, but I got neither. Our burgers were sloppy and hot. My husband used to manage a burger king in his 20’s and he was certain we were given old burgers and they just nuked the sandwich. Our mayo, lettuce and tomato were all hot and the burgers were rubbery. The pictures are of our burgers uneaten and just opened. We had driven away and were on the way to an event when we opened them so we called the store. The female manager on duty was instantly defensive and rude. We were then “disconnected”. We were told the pos system went down and got disconnected. My husband and I both have management experience with stores with pos systems, they are totally separate, the woman hung up on us. We called back 4 minutes later. (After talking about the audacity of this woman and if it was worth it to try again) Everything was magically better. In those 4 minutes she had time to review the security footage (that still worked fine ) confirm her employees made the burgers correctly and talk to them about presentation. There was never an apology for the wait, or the burgers, or her attitude. No offer of a free fry or a raincheck offered for a soda or anything. Just trash food and trash service. This is not a location I will ever waste money at ever again.

After a long day at work, my fiancé and I stopped by this Burgerking to get a SpongeBob meal here in the evening. We received great customer service. The staff prepared the meal neatly and Sarah, the young lady in the drive-thru, provided excellent customer service . Behind every delicious meal are good people who prepare it.

Waited 10 min in the drive thru line at the speaker. The worker said she’d be right with me but never came back. After 10 min I said “I’m sorry, we’ve been here 10 minutes. Do you have an idea on when we can order”. Not trying to be rude. Just to make alternative plans. The woman had a serious attitude and said “no I don’t”. I asked to pull through and I drove away. Way to have an attitude with me when all I was looking for was clarity. I’ll never return to this location. Idc if it’s going to take 30 minutes. Don’t keep saying “we will be with you shortly” over and over.

Waited in drive thru for 30 minutes. I got there at 12:30, and left at 1:06. That is absolutely asinine. Was very specific with my order. Whooper jr meduim strawberry lemonade 8pc chicken fries with Buffalo sauce & ranch. I said it twice. Got my order, had to rush home & theres no sauce. The one I asked for twice.

This whole experience was awful. The food was inedible. Somehow everything was simultaneously burnt to a crisp while also being ice cold. The lady at the drive-through was miserable. I don’t mean the typical ‘tired from a long day’ you’d expect from a hardworking person. I mean the ‘aggressively looking to spread misery to other people’ kind of miserable that comes from deep inside a person. We waited almost thirty minutes for a small order, and the order was wrong (we obviously knew it would be). There was almost nobody else in line. This location needs to be closed, and it needs to close fast. The Union Blvd one is pretty good. It’s almost worth going up 22 for some BK just to avoid this dump.

Leaving this review for a leader at GPS Hospitality to read. The wait times at this location are unacceptable. I have stopped ordering at this location until those issues are resolved. I will continue to order from GPS’s other BK locations in the Lehigh Valley in the meantime.

On Dec 14 I placed a mobile order for one item at 1:40. I waited 20 minutes in drive-thru to pick it up. On Dec 21 I placed the same mobile order at 7:05 for in-store pickup. I waited 17 minutes.

What I saw in the store was a staffing shortage and workers not following instructions from their line manager.

I look forward to these issues coming to a resolution.

I didn’t have the option to write a no star, but if I could have I would. My sister and I went there quick after work. She ordered a whopper with cheese and I order a whopper, Junior with cheese with extra onion. Needless to say my sister’s burger does not have any onion or pickle on it. And my whopper, Junior with cheese and extra onions sadly was just a cheeseburger with no onions at all. I will never go back to this place. I tried to call them and let them know about their poor service, and I will be taking this further than this. I hope you enjoy your job while it lasts.. Also, was charged for extra onion, which would’ve been no problem at all but I didn’t get any. One last thing, my sister’s chicken fries are hard enough to break your teeth.

My family and I just stopped here to get dinner. When we ordered, they did not have the drinks we wanted. I asked for bacon on my sandwich, when we got to the window the woman told us that she had to take the bacon off due to them not having any, but put cheese on my sandwich, which I did not ask for. When we got home, my bread was soggy, there was cheese stuck to it, my onion rings and my daughter’s fries were cold and stale. I will never be back to this establishment, this is the worst Burger King that I have ever been to.

Absolutely horrible wait in drive through. Been sitting for almost 15mins. Two meals ordered. Workers should be embarrassed. I’ll take my money somewhere else. 1 star. Highly do not recommend

If i could give it negative stars i would. 40 minutes waiting for my order. 2 cars in the drive thru and 2 ppl waiting in line inside. Hire more ppl… this makes absolutely no sense.
