I was there through the drive thru. It took 20+ minutes to get a (1) burger and onion rings. Not only that but when I got the onion rings it was 1/3 full. I know this isn’t normal for a medium as I worked food service. Not very happy with wait time or the amount I got. Since it took 20 minutes to get the food we didn’t want to go back in considering how many people we saw just standing around.

The night crew is absolutely wonderful! They were super accommodating and kind even though they were working on closing for the night. All the crew members were a pleasure to talk to. Such a great experience here. Extra shoutout to Kevin and all the night shift people on Thursdays!

I liked this Burger King. We had fish sandwiches and french fries.
Everything tasted great. I love Burger King’s fish sandwich the most .
It was a very hot day outside, and inside the restaurant was very cool, even cold after sitting longer.
Inside of the BK was very clean, nice, modern interior design.
Staff was nice, smile, kind.
Next time I crave fish sandwich, I’ll come here.

Ordered on the app for convenience and drove the 6 minutes to the location. When we pulled up to the drive thru and gave our name they immediately asked us to pull to the front of the building. This is probably so they dont get in trouble from corporate for having cars waiting for long periods in the drive thru. Waited 12 minutes out front. My kid became hysterical from being parked for so long, we had to leave without our order and an infant that cried for over 30 minutes. We tried to order something quick for breakfast but instead ruined our day with stopping here. If they told us it was going to be such an extended wait, we would’ve considered other options or changed our order to something more simple than 2 breakfast sandwiches and french toast sticks. The experience was so bad we will never again return to any Burger King.

Entire order was messed up! No cheese on either sandwich and one side missing plus miniature ice cream cone was amusing and a 25 min wait in the drive thru with rude employee saying inappropriate things to us in the drive thru all the while trying to charge more than $50 for a $35 order! Guy is probably pocketing the cash because we didn’t get a receipt either and the code on the app says unused with no history of our order!

Twice now I’ve gone to this Burger King on my lunch and both times I’ve gotten held hostage because of their drive thru design and inability to take more than one car’s order and finishing it before they would even talk to the next car in line. You cannot leave the drive thru once you are in line because of the incline and curb around it. So both times I went for a quick bite and wound sitting in line for 30 minutes!

Service was horrible! The first young man we dealt with said they were overwhelmed, there was hardly anyone there. We get to the 2nd window to pay and they hand me an order that wasn’t even mine! No one knew what they were doing, it was ridiculous. They had no idea which order was mine. I was given a bag and told here is the rest of your order. I hadn’t even paid yet. One girl came to the window, rattled off my order which was correct and I still got the wrong stuff. Then she slammed the window shut on me for no reason, she was so rude! What is happening to this younger generation. No work ethic, and rude to customers it’s crazy!! 20 minutes in line and $45 (for 3 people) later. Will never go there again!

This Burger King doesn’t give us any problems. Come to think of it, more fast food places have given us less problems after we decided to stop using the drive-thru. Make sure to try their ghost pepper chicken fries before they stop making them!

Everything disgusting. I went there got a kids meal and the fries were salty. I refused to give them to my child after trying them. I contacted the store and they told me get a refund on the app. I should’ve went with my first choice which was McDonald’s. Do better BURGER KING
