This location has completely improved since the last time I dined there. Their seems to be completely new staff who are actually able to do their job correctly. The food has improved incredibly well in quality, it taste way better than it did before. During my recent experiences it’s been relatively quick to get my food and it’s tasted delicious. I would definitely recommend giving this place another try if you previously avoided it

Do you enjoy waiting for 10-20 minutes in the drive thru that has 3 cars in it? Do you enjoy a breakfast sandwich that MIGHT be luke warm and looks sat on? How about cold, stale bread and unmelted cheese? Even better, what about burger patties that were likely flame broiled by a match? If you said yes to all of that, then this is a place for you! This is arguably one of the worst Burger King’s in the Lehigh valley. The place clearly lacks proper management and workers that could at least pretend that they want to be there. They need to send the manager(s) from the 248(Northampton crossings) location and do an overhaul on this place. That other location by the Walmart is far superior. Anyone that gives this place more than 2 stars is either out of it or has never been there. Frankly, just shut down if this is the quality that you guys bring to the table. Do Better

I ordered a Double Texas burger and they gave me a regular burger. Out of laziness, instead of making my order, they gave me what they already had. I went back and complained, showing them the receipt, but they still didn’t give me the correct burger. They stole my money. Terrible service, I will never go back.

I came to the BK 25th St, Easton, PA location on 2/1 and 2/2, after long shifts of work, around 9:30 pm. A lovely gentleman, white black framed glasses took my order, and helped me at the window. He was informative regarding special deals offered on the first night; and on the second night, he took a last minute order at the pick up window that my son had text messaged for.
It was apparent that at this hour, staffing was low, but cars continued to pile in — however this wonderful worker kept a calm and positive attitude, and remained personable.
Fast food is not an easy industry. Working with the public is so challenging.
But for one to keep kindness and friendliness at the forefront is inspiring. Big thank you to the black-rimmed-glasses gentleman; and the late night staff.

Worse service ever.
Just wanted a plain fish sandwich like I have done for the past 7 years. They put in a box just like they would a regular burger.
But how I visit the easton location and they put my fish in a bag with the cheese did not look at all cheese stuck to the bag.when enter the one employee said who would do that and threw my fush away saying that’s not the way we serve it.
But guess who did it the manager wow
Employee new it was wrong and manager tried to justify his action.

I am doing this post because it’s the second time that I took notice. Please watch when you’re getting your change back. It’s the same guy. I believe he is a manager there. He looks like a new face. One time with a coupon and the other day giving change back. Just pay attention. Don’t always trust people. I don’t want to put everything down on what I experienced but I’m sure you get the gist of it all I’m not even going to go there no more. I don’t feel comfortable now. I’m from the area. I’ve been going there all my life but I have to say that I’m not going to do it. No more and we’ll look for somewhere else to go. I don’t like when I have to pay attention to make sure I’m getting taken care of right. Just pay attention to your change and watch with the coupons that they’re charging you right

The manager here Jazmine is the worst. She has a nasty attitude. Completely unprofessional. I just passed by to get food and she was the one who took over my order while I was getting help from another employee. Her way of taking care of customers is so rude and aggressive. While she was taking my order she was cursing and walking away as I was giving my order. She looked like she hated working here. Burger king should remove her from her position and put someone else in charge. She needs better training. They ruin so much my food by adding so much ketchup its was dripping mayo as well. Be careful when going here. I miss the other workers that provided better service. It’s wring for these employees to play with people’s food.

Ordered a double cheeseburger with onion and a small fry. Cold burgers, unmelted cheese, no mustard, smallest onions I could imagine , bun was cold and dry like it was left out. Fries were moderately warm. My order was unfinished when I arrived and I live 3 minutes from the restaurant. Was also asked if this order was for me. The screen surely tells you what type of order it is. Will never come here again. Terrible experience.

I asked for a whopper with extra pickles no onion…. I got very little pickles and a lot of onions. I also asked for a double whopper with no ketchup. I got a double whopper with ketchup. I will never give Burger King another try. This has to be the worst food and service in the area. Then I took the sandwich back and they were still messing the order up. I had a large and they gave me a small fry. This place is a JOKE

I went there yesterday around noon and was waiting for an email back as requested-more than 24 hours ago and still nothing. I was going to see how this was going to be resolved before writing a review but clearly their customer relationship means nothing to them.
THIS is how I got my food.
First off the chicken fries were soft, not hard and crunchy like they normally are. The first chicken fry I bit into you could tell was a little undercooked, it was like stringy but still white and done enough that it won’t hurt anyone. This was the second one. I bit into it and felt the crunch of biting into it being UNDERCOOKED. I immediately looked, gagged and spit it out, I’m 6 months pregnant so it took everything in me not to throw up
You can clearly tell their grease needs to be changed with the amount of crumbs of who knows what on the fries.
I ordered a lemonade and was told they were out so I got a sprite, but okay whatever that’s the only thing that tasted good from that meal.
When we got there they didn’t have many cars in the parking lot, there was only 2 people in front of us in the drive thru so they didn’t need to rush they were NOT busy.
I am more than NOT HAPPY with this location.
